Absolutely obsessed. I’ve had the same Acer Windows computer for over 8 years now, and as a grad gift to myself I bought this computer. I love it! I got it in excellent condition and it came in perfect condition- looks brand new! I swear I’ve been on this thing since 9am this morning (it’s 5:30pm now) and it has worked so great! Very fast, efficient, and definitely worth my money! This is the 2nd thing I’ve gotten off back market, and I can definitely say I will continue to be buying from them! Thank you!!!

Although it was fair quality, it doesn’t look like it. Excellent product. Very appreciative of it. Case and screen protector as well. Wonderful work, will recommend ordering and would personally order again.

I'm was little scared because I never brought refurbished phone in my life but when I say I'm ordering again brought iPhone 14 plus (product) red no scratches my phone was flawless...it's like I brought the premium my iPhone look new like I brought it from the apple store I would be buying some more electronics from here

The device arrived as described but after about 3 weeks the charging time went from an hour and a half at 50% to 4 hours. The only solution from backmarket is to return it to the refurbisher for a refund. unfortunately I cannot be without a device for over a week. I havent seen any other available solutions

Everything is going great with my husband's iphone plus and I would definitely, 100%, use back market for buying future phones. I'm not a "techy" and we don't believe in spending $1000 on a phone so we knew we wanted a refurbished phone. I did some research and read how reliable back market was so chose them over others who didn't necessarily "guarantee" their work of ensuring all phones were thoroughly tested. So happy with our choice, they have lived up to their promises and my husband's phone looks and functions brand new! They also emailed us throughout the entire process and even beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and also provided assistance with any set ups. I went with the lowest priced option/quality, there was one sorta distracting scratch on the screen glass, but I knew for the lowest quality it wouldn’t be like new. Phone works great, my wife is happy with it! Came with a cable and charger. Great deal for an iPhone 13 mini!

Amazing! I’ve never bought anything refurbished or used before especially with tech. I was too hesitant that it wouldn’t work correctly or be really damaged. I purchased one in good condition and the only scratches are a few light ones on the very bottom. The top, keyboard and screen are pristine. The laptop works amazingly, and I could not be happier that I save so much! Will absolutely purchase from here again.

This is my 2nd phone and 3rd overall purchase (Apple Watch) from backmarket, all of which are still going strong. Ordered Excellent quality and received such. The refurbisher was Liberty Tech Group and I appreciate them using Apple parts, so I didn’t get notifications when I set up the phone, but they also took the care to send my phone with a screen protector and charging box (which are not standard policy). Shipping was fast, easy, and came undamaged.
