Previously I have only had new IPhones and was sort of hesitant to purchase a refurbished one. The phone I received from Back Market exceeded my expectations. I ordered the excellent version of the 14 Plus and it is cosmetically and functionally perfect. It also came with a 1 year warranty so Im covered for the next year. This was my first purchase from Back Market and it won't be my last. Kudos to you!

This MacBook has been the workhorse of my voiceover business and has never failed me! It provides the digital audio workstation guts to my recording needs and I am more than satisfied with its use. I would definitely recommend Back Market for any of your refurbished tech needs.

The iPhone was shipped a day before the estimated time. no scratches, marks or broken parts when looking at the phone and came at 99% battery health which is AMAZING for refurbished. the camera and sound is all working well.

Speedy delivery and very happy with the MacBook Air. It's a 2020 model but looks and runs like brand new! I love the color and a few feartures that my older Air did not have, like finger ID instead of typing my password. I'm very happy with this purchase and will never pay full price again for electronics and will continue to be a backmarket customer!

I got the excellent version of my 2019 MacBook Pro with the touchbar and it came in perfect condition, almost no sign of use at all, was skeptical of the the website not going to lie but overall really impressed and happy with my product, would recommend to anyone else who’s skeptical

Ordered a MacBook Pro M1 Max (excellent) from loop mobile: Laptop arrived on time and in good condition. The packaging was excellent. There are minor imperfections on the screen that are barely noticeable and a small scuff near one of the usbc ports. I was sent a better model than was ordered (ordered 32gb of ram, received 64gb) and runs nearly perfectly. The issues I have encountered: - cheap, non-genuine Apple charging block and cord (currently being replaced) - outdated macOS version which resulted in numerous oddities such as, the display refusing to work after sign in, constant usbc charger disconnections (96 watt genuine apple block and cable). An outdated OS is to be expected and the issues were largely resolved with an OS upgrade. - (maybe) non-genuine apple battery (performs well; 99 cycles recorded, 96% total charge remaining; marked as maybe because “coconut battery” is unable to report the manufacturer) - laptop was wiped down but not cleaned. Had gunk on/in between the keys on the keyboard and a smudged screen - the laptop arrived with a completely dead battery. I would order from them again but would be prepared to clean the laptop and order a legitimate ch...

Purchased a "very good" condition iPhone 13 mini (April of 2024) as I really prefer the smaller iPhones and was upgrading from a 12 mini. The phone arrived in great condition. I mean, it looks brand new with no visible marks or scratches on the screen or body of the phone. Battery health says 89%. Looks and works great so far! May never buy a new phone again and will def be back!

I purchased the iPhone 13 a little over a year ago and just traded it in for the iPhone 14. Initially, I was offered $288 trade-in value. Not bad, I thought UNTIL.. I send it in and get a counter offer because I find out the phone I'm trading in was blacklisted. The counter offer is almost HALF of the original offer. When I responded to the offer to try and understand why my phone was blacklisted, here is their response: "Backmarket is just a marketplace, like Amazon or Craigslist. Sellers can use the marketplace to sell their products. It sounds like your seller scammed you, or was unaware about the blacklist status on the device. As a seller on Backmarket, though, it's unlikely that they didn't know that the device was blacklisted unless they are extremely negligent." I've purchased multiple phones on Backmarket and have had more good experiences than bad, but buyers beware... you would think that you should not be able to purchase a blacklisted phone, but apparently, that is not the case, and you may lose a substantial amount of the trade-in value as such.
