The only I can complain about is it came to me with a new screen the problem was that it wasn’t a Apple approved screen so I have a lot of issues and problems with the screen and it had a mind of its own and randomly picks things to go into. But overall experience was great great prices and they are going to get it working for me again so thank you so much for this.

I was very nervous when I made my order but when I recieved the phone I was pleasantly surprised. I did have some issues because I ordered the phone in excellent condition but it was more like "very good" condition. There were scuffs on the side of the phone, a scratch on the top of the screen and the upper corner of the phone, and you could notice the back glass was replaced because there were specks of dust caught in the seal on the edges of the back glass which a part of was sticking up which made me nervous about if it was done sloppily but it physically it felt fine. The battery was 88% which is fine I expected at least 90 and up for excellent but it was fine and the finally problem I noticed was how warm the phone got in such short time. I feel like this has gotten less of a problem the more used to the phone I got and I think the phone was just overheating because of the setup. Other than those things everything worked perfectly and I really enjoy it. Plus it came with packaged accessoiries which was a nice added bonus.

I received the phone in a really bad condition. The screen looks like just recently install and have the big gap at the bottom. The sealing hasn't got clean it properly. The phone didn't even factory reset. I turn it on, weird message pop up and it stayed frozen. Return it and still haven't got my refund after 30 days. Contact them and they said they need to check on item' restocked

This company sells trash phones! Refurbished phone had a bad battery and bad input jack. I sent it back for repair and they refunded my money. I wanted a phone. I bought another phone from them and this one is trash too! The forward camera doesnt work, (for selfies) These phones are not refurbished! Junk!

Unit was just as described! Works great with no issue. Would think it was new if not for (very mild, it came from the case it was in before) scratches on the back of the device. Highly recommend!

I got this phone for my boyfriend, we had ordered it in fair condition with 64 GB and the when we got it the screen wasn't even on right, it didnt fit the phone at all then broke apart the the next day. we asked for a refund and tried talking it out with the seller and got rude feedback in return. shipping package overall was not it. came to us in an envelope with no protection.

The iPhoneX seems to be working very well. This is the second time I've bought an item from Back market and very pleased with the quality and price.

I ordered a ‘fair’ yellow iPhone and after turning it on, it would restart every three minutes. I had already begun the set up, so I had to login completely to erase my information to send back for a return. This took me almost an hour. I asked for a refund and the seller was very accommodating, and then I received a red iPhone from the same seller a few days later (which is not what I asked for). I messaged the seller again, and they said this was due to human error and offered for me to keep the second iPhone and get $100 off the purchase. I was okay with this, as it seemed like a good deal, but once I turned on the second phone, I realized that this one had issues too. It would not download the most recent IOS update. I am returning the second phone for a full refund, and I am disappointed that my first purchase with Backmarket was a bad experience. Even more so with the seller, as they sent me two unusable phones.
