I recently purchased the 21.5-inch Retina iMac (Early 2019) with a 3GHz Core i5 processor, 128GB SSD + 1TB HDD storage combo, and 16GB of RAM—and I’m seriously impressed! It came in excellent condition, and everything works perfectly right out of the box. I use it daily for school and work, and it’s been nothing short of reliable. The screen is absolutely stunning—colors are crisp, and everything looks incredibly sharp. The built-in camera is clear, and both the keyboard and mouse were included and in great shape. I was also pleasantly surprised by the volume quality—it’s loud and clear, perfect for Zoom calls or just streaming music while I work. Overall, I’m super happy with this purchase and will definitely be returning to buy from them again in the future!

iPad came earlier than anticipated! It works great. As expected with refurbished items, there were a few scratches but it is in great condition! Definitely worth it if you’re looking for something that won’t break the bank !

I was kinda scared ordering from this website but I caved in and I am happy I did. Even though I order “fair” quality the one I got looks spotless and runs very smoothly. Computer was brand new. No scrapes, discoloration, etc. The computer itself functions perfectly. I priced the same computer model on line and at stores in restored condition for 50% more. I am very happy. This is the third device I have purchased from Back Market.

I have been using it for more than 2 weeks now, and it came in excellent condition, 90% battery health(165 charger cycles, which is super low), and it also came original charger. It has a small dent on the screen edge, which is not a big issue for me. The MacBook works so well, it's super clean, and I am loving it. I highly recommend this seller.

The computer is really nice, I bought it a little sketched out but I needed a cheaper laptop for school. This one turned out really well, it has a few scratches here and there but overall, it’s in really good condition. Also the battery is in perfect shape which I was worried about. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.
