It was for a 7yr old 🙄 don’t judge me jugde yourself lol. It’s doing its job. Like new basically. No issues other than it gets really warm. Battery life was low but not to where it’s affecting the phone.

I chose excellent condition, I received excellent condition. Super fast shipping. Highly considering purchasing another item in the near future based on this purchase. If that changes I will redo this review.

The phone is in mint condition very nice phone Love this phone My only beef would be the battery life is not very long at all on this one but I have one exactly the same this is absolutely no screen so I'm going to see if I can get the battery switched out

The phone itself is in decent quality the screen has 2 micro scratches which are not an issue, the frame of it looks polished almost brand new, however the back of it is really scratched up and it almost looks like it is cracked? But it's not. It's got these weird markings on it that you can't feel with a fingernail but it also won't come off if you try and clean it off. I'm not entirely satisfied with that seeing as I purchased one in excellent condition, and the past 2 phones I've bought from back market that were an excellent condition looked brand new. But honestly I don't feel like going through the process of returning the phone and having to wait to get a new one. This will be the 3rd phone that I have purchased from back market, and overall I have been pretty happy with it however I don't think that this should have been marketed as excellent condition. I know that that's probably just a technical issue for me, and may not be with other people but just based off of what I had received before that was marketed as excellent quality compared to this I feel as though it's not the same. However I do appreciate this company trying to reduce electronic waste and that is why I continue to purchase phones through them.

The iPhone was in pretty good condition minus slight damage to the body of the phone and a slight scratch/ indentation on the screen. This was from the (good condition) option. Outside of the slight cosmetic damage the phone has been working great. I bought the phone to primarily use as a iPod for my vehicle and it’s been doing a great job.

Buying from Back Market was easy. The S10e I received looks practically like new. The screen looks perfect. However, the battery life seems to be bad. I had an S10e before and the battery life seemed better on that one even after two years. I got the impression that refurbished meant the battery was replaced with a new one. I don't think that happened with mine. I felt I got a good deal on this phone, but it doesn't matter how little you pay for a device if you have to stay tethered to a charger to use it any length of time. If I wanted a used device with an old battery, it would be easy to get that. I was expecting a REFURBISHED device with a NEW battery, which I clearly DID NOT get. This device is suitable for use as a backup device or as collateral for something else. I'm disappointed. I don't want to return it because I don't want to have to erase all my data that took so long to set up and start from scratch again. I don't think I'll buy from here again.

We got this phone to use as essentially a wall mounted doorbell for our video doorbell. It is in amazing condition, looks like it is right out of the box.

Item was just as expected, it came as described and is functioning without any issues. It was delivered in just 1 day, so that is a plus towards my satisfaction!

BackMarket has the best service. I selected this iphone in Good Condition at time of purchase. But i will say it was in Excellent Condition. Thank you BackMarket
