UPDATE: back at backmarket to hopefully find x2 affordable iphone 11 or newer. Tired of sifting through tons of over-used, overpriced devices and scams from other secondhand device sources. My backmarket Note9 is still going strong! I'm on it now, battery life still amazing, phone has held up strong & still in same cond. I got it, even after some clumsy fumbles over the last 1-2 yrs. Broke my own stylus and discovered it wasn't OE but worked great til I launched it! OE stylus or not, worked til I murdered it, lol! Orig Review: Ok, I was super nervous about buying a phone on Back Market as they're lesser known than the other online giants. I'd just had a bad Note 9 purchase from the major online auction site. That phone arrived not as described, poor condition, was very slow & had an incompatible, older model s-pen. Of course it went back. After much research I took a chance with Back Market. Ultimately the 12 month warranty here won over the major online giant's 90 day warranty. I bought a Lavender Note 9 from seller Mobile Top Deal. I contacted seller with my concerns/bad experience & they certainly did not disappoint! "Mint" cond. was sold out so had to buy "very good" instead. Admittedly I'm kinda picky (but not unrealistic) & the phone I recieved is very near mint & had a screen protector already installed which was nice. Popped in my sim, micro sd, added a case & different screen protector & have been using it a few weeks now w/no issues. Now I'm back again for another Samsung phone or my son. I highly recommend Back Market & seller Mobile Top Deal! Other sellers are prob great too but I did scrutinize all the feedback & chose Mobile Top Deal based on that..... (the picky thing again!) xD

Had it over a year now. Obviously, cased it immidately in a middle quality case. Arrived as promptly as I could expect, frankly in better condition than I paid for, and have yet to have any problems. Battery still outlasts my day, screen was pristine, and it's survived more than a few drops. All in all, very satisfied - especially for a phone I bought on crippling short notice when my Note 5 decided to become a paperweight.

I got exactly what I ordered, a refurbished galaxy s10+. I got a phone in "good" condition and it did have a few tiny scratches as described so if you want something with no scratches I suggest paying a bit more. The scratches are not even visible after you put on a screen protector so I'm totally happy with that. The only complaint I have is the pre-installed screen protector was a bit uneven and taking it off was a bit of a pain because of the special adhesive is had on the finger print sensor. Overall im super duper happy with this phone it works perfectly and it came with the original charger . I would buy from here again!

Delivery was super fast. I ordered on Monday night and received the phone on Wednesday night (I did NOT pay for quicker shipping). When my package arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the phone was in almost mint condition (it had a few almost invisible scratches on the back that can only be spotted when looking at it closely with a reflective light), and the phone looks like it is in mint condition once I put it in its new case. So with that being said, 5/5 I would totally buy from this company again. Thank you!

I'm very impressed with the product and customer service. My Galaxy Note 9 arrived quickly and in great condition. It looks and works like new, and also came with a screen protector on it. I've had it 6 weeks, and so far, so good. I want to complement the refurbisher/seller, Mobile Top Deal, for sending a top-notch product and being helpful when I had an issue with the mobile data not connecting. They solved the problem by providing me with the correct APN settings for this phone (which AT&T had not done). I will continue to shop Back Market when I need other electronic devices. They do seem to care about their customers and product quality.

I was skeptical like anyone else but my note 8 came with a screen protector on it already an came pretty quick an packaged safely my sim card tray turned out to be damaged an would drop my network it was frustrating thinking i made a mistake buying a refurbished phone from online (i didnt make a mistake an will order again) but when i messaged with an issue they responded very fast an sent me a replacement tray no additional cost an that ended up resolving the issue an am very pleased

I am very impressed by my phone! Aesthetic condition is better than expected though I understand why it was rated as it was - second to last condition - because of one small scratch on screen. Functionality appears to be perfect and battery life very good. Wireless charging functions and riginal charger was included. Color and unlocked status were as described. I was skeptical going into buying a used phone online but have not been disappointed so far! One note on shipping - USPS out of New York is very slow - probably COVID related and not the sellers fault, but I still felt like my package was being delivered on a scooter with a broken GPS.

Purchased the Note 9 to replace my Note 4 which died. Paid a bit extra for the Very Good condition, and it was in like new condition, and came with a screen protector already installed. I also purchased from the company for the 1 year warranty offered with the phone. I'm very happy with my purchase so far. A new Note 9 is $999. So this was a bargain for the price.

It was perfection from the get go. We ordered my wife a mint condition Note 9 and as soon as she opened the box, she was in love. We took it to Verizon right away to get their sim card added and it worked. She's had it about a week now and there is absolutely no problems with it. The battery even charges to 100% and it stays charged for awhile. We are very happy with our purchase from Back Market and will be telling everyone about this wonderful company. company. We also like that it has a 1 year warranty included if any problems arise. Will definitely purchase from again. Highly recommend.

So far so good. I was honestly really hesitant about getting it but I paid last than half the price for a new one and I got one that looks like and works like new. Theres nothing wrong with the camera quality or the any of the finger print censors at all. I got the 'mint' aesthetic condition and it looks just as described. No scratches ! The pen stylus does have some 'wear' in it, it did seem like the tip was a bit worn out, but theres nothing wrong in that .
