This phone seemed brand new, I was so happy with it. It continued to be a great phone with good battery life for 2 years, until I dropped it and chipped the edge of the screen. I plan on mounting this in my kitchen after my new backmarket note 10 arrives and setting up with IP camera app, remote control app, Alexa app and a nice clock weather calendar screensaver and continuing to use it as a smart home device, since the chip is on the edge.

The phone is in perfect condition. Started right up with my service and has been working smoothly. The price was unbeatable. I have to say I was very skeptical ordering from a website refurbished but it was worth every penny. I will definitely refer back market to all my friends interested in purchasing new items!

I got exactly what I ordered, a refurbished galaxy s10+. I got a phone in "good" condition and it did have a few tiny scratches as described so if you want something with no scratches I suggest paying a bit more. The scratches are not even visible after you put on a screen protector so I'm totally happy with that. The only complaint I have is the pre-installed screen protector was a bit uneven and taking it off was a bit of a pain because of the special adhesive is had on the finger print sensor. Overall im super duper happy with this phone it works perfectly and it came with the original charger . I would buy from here again!

I ordered a black iPhone 7 then was told that they didn’t have the black in stock. At least they told me and asked if I would be okay with a gold color phone. I told them to send the gold. I received the phone and it looked fairly new. The battery compacity is at 84% which is what they advertise. Great phone for the money!!!! I would recommend to anybody looking for a refurbished phone. You can’t tell the difference and you save $100’s!

I decided to purchase an iPhone 8plus, because it is the most recent iPhone to have a home button. I decided to purchase refurbished, so I went with backmarket because they have a 12 month warranty on their products. The phone works great so far.

got a galaxy s9+ in "good" condition and it came in like it was brand new. it works so well and looks like it just came out of a box. it even came with a glass screen protector. super happy with my purchase, 10/10 would reccomend.

I was skeptical of purchasing a refurbished cell phone, but after the reviews I read I felt a lot better. There are some sites that have better prices, but, the reviews are terrible and people not got their phones and were just out of hundreds of dollars. My Samsung Galaxy 9+ was rated as very good, and it was definitely better looking than what I had expected when it arrived the other day, and had no scratches and looked just like a new phone.

I am very happy about my purchase! Tracking was given right away, the product was shipped right away. The product was given a "good" rating, with an explanation of some visible scratches on case and screen. I would have listed it as "very good" or even "mint". I looked it over very well. I found only an extremely small pin point scratch on the back that I could feel, but not see. I've had my phone for about 1 month and am extremely pleased with how it works. I would buy from this site again and recommend others using them! I love the "adopt a refurbished phone, not shop new" mission. Thank you, great expierience from start to finish!!
