4.6/5MacBook Pro arrived in very good shape. All the parameters were correct (memory, storage, processor, etc.). Everything works well. The reason I didn't give five starts is the failure on the part of the company to do some of the basic steps to prepare the machine for sale, especially resetting the NVRAM. 4.2/5The computer shell and display are in excellent condition. The keyboard keys show some wear. I've made a couple other purchases with Backmarket and I always select "excellent" condition and up until now haven't been disappointed. I'd rate it as very good. 5/5I LOVE IT! The only hard part was deciding which one to buy. The purchase was flawless, the product is magnificent and is faster than I had imagined it would be. The only issue is that the hot keys don't work, but that is not a big deal. My only regret is that I didn't bundle a sidekick with the laptop. This is my third product from Back Market and I have never been disappointed with a purchase. 3.4/5This was my second time purchasing a refurbished device. The first time wasn’t from here and technically it was a gift. However this was my first time buying with my money. At first I was jumping up and down for joy. But honestly now I’m suffering. Seems like I’m going to be out of a computer for 2 weeks. It is literally like right at 4 months, and then boom! Screen just started having lines and then within a week it’s gone! I really thought that this was the next best thing, but who’s got time to be out of a computer for 2 weeks!!!?? Then of course the customer service is not in America. So here we go… 🤕 I guess I should have read what all happens if you actually need a repair service or anything after it malfunctions. Back Market is really USELESS, all they are doing is playing middle man. You don’t even get someone here to help you, they just cap on the sale. The warranty is with the seller, and if they don’t fix it you’re screwed. You have to wait a week for them to even tell you if they are going to either fix it or refund you. If they fix, you’ll still have to wait more days for it to be fixed, and more days for it to go back to you. 3.4/5Had to return the item to the seller. Packaging and shipping cost me $20 to return. The MacBook had screen issues. I requested a refund.
