The process was extremely streamlined and the product was actually in even better condition than anticipated. I'm not an Apple guy (Droid/Windows loyalist) but my significant other is absolutely thrilled with the purchase.

The item description was clear, and accurate. The condition rated as excellent. Shipping was fast, delivery requires a signature, which I prefer. The laptop arrived exactly as described. Also with my agreement of the condition as excellent! I only became aware of Back Market shortly before this purchase. A family member recommended I check it out. The laptop is in great condition. So far the only concern is the charging. It has been charging, I did get the not charging for a second. Overall, I think we're going to go and hopefully I don't need to return. Great buy!

Alright i paid for an excellet conditions laptop, however thats not what i received, i had to return the pc because even thought it was in a good state and it worked fine, it had a lot of cosmetic scratches and it didnt match the excellent conditions i paid for which by the way is difference in price, i would buy have accepted it if i would have bought in good conditions or even fair but for it to be excellent and have minor to mid scratches on top and bottom i had to return. would buy again but in good conditions. BTW i had to return and re-order from another refurbisher who actually provided me with what i paid for which was this same laptop but in excellent conditions that seller is TopTech LLC. Thank you!!

BEST. DECISION. EVER! I have been already glued to my brand new (excellent conditioned) MacBook Pro and I am having so much fun with it! I own an iPad for my artistic meeds and I would hope to have this MacBook Pro as my second monitor for art references, writing stories, and future job opportunities even thought my iPad has half-and-half similarities to the laptop. Very much indeed satisfied with this laptop.

Getting a MacBook off of here had me really nervous. I did have a good experience with headphones but this is a different thing but it came on time! and was so beautiful. I did get the best one but it still did have small scratches i did not notice and happens to heat up a bit but over time that somewhat solved itself. I very much recommend, will be coming back to get headphones for college!!
