This iPad Magic Keyboard 2021 did not fit the iPad 2021 which I thought was the perfect match. It’s in fine order, but it was obviously the wrong size.

Product came in original packaging looks brand new the tracking was a bit confusing all in all very pleased being my first purchase.

The label said “Good” condition but in my opinion this Magic Keyboard came in “Excellent” condition! It’s really a nice piece.

I could not tell that this keyboard was not brand new. Excellent product and service. I will definately get my next device from Back Market!

Perhaps it was just the particular reseller I got my phone from (MyPhones Unlimited) but the actual item was not in Good condition as I had ordered. Though the item description says the screen should be in "flawless" condition, what I received was a screen with both minor scratches and a couple deep scratches. The only reason I kept it was not wanting to go through the hassle of an exchange, plus I put a tempered glass screen protector on it, which effectively hid several of the minor scratches - though the deep scratches are still visible through the protector. The seller also didn't even bother to clean the phone well, as there was dirt/grime built up around the rings of the camera lenses, which I had to clean myself. Gross. I might order again in the future from BackMarket, but be wary of "MyPhones Unlimited".

After purchasing with expedited shipping I was sent the wrong product. The seller wouldn't send a correct one until after they received their mistake back, via slow ground shipping, sit for 3 days and then say they'd send the correct one. Poor response and correction to their mistake, sitting w/ my money and wasted the additional expense for expedited shipping. I will avoid this seller for all potential purchases in the future.
