The computer was great. Well above what I thought I was going to get. The charger was a little rough. You could see the wires that went into the plug in that goes into the computer. I ordered a brand new one for $20 so no big deal.

Great device. Clean, no signs of use. Very fast and i had no idea it was touch screen when i purchased it. Found out by accident while cleaning the screen and i love it.

Pleased with the condition of the refurbished laptop. After I set up the laptop, I found it required 15 driver updates. This ought to have been addressed in the refurbish. Awesome laptop especially for this price. It had a scratch and 80% on the battery but that’s just stuff you should expect buying refurbished electronics. I will definitely consider buying from black market again

Received laptop only 4 days after purchase. Packaged very well to prevent damage during shipping. Laptop was in excellent condition, screen was scratch free and overall in terrific shape. Would definitely buy another one.

So far, so good. I needed something affordable as I lost my job of 20 years and they obviously took my laptop. Someone told me about this site and I am highly impressed. I would have went up one model to the i7 processor but this doesn't what I need to do so far.
