I honestly didn't know what to expect as this was the first time I had purchased a secondhand phone and also the first time buying an iPhone. I had gone through several Samsung phones and decided I was tired of buying new phones that just die in less than a year. I bought 2 and gave one to my son. We've both been using them for the last 18 months with no issues. My son who has been an iPhone user for many years has been very impressed with how well the battery has held up. After 18mo the battery still gives us a full day of use with no issues. Very pleased with the purchase and I just bought another one for my other son. Highly recommended.

I originally ordered this MacBook Air in January of 2022, but I felt like I should at least write a review since I've been doing it for all of my other purchases. From what I remember the MacBook was in surprisingly good condition: The battery was still good inside of it and there wasn't any performance issues for a 9-year old laptop. I did purchase the lowest quality condition, and I was expecting some cosmetic damage when I received it. The corners were bent in a little; you could tell someone had dropped it when they previously owned it, but for the price I didn't care one bit. If you're someone who absolutely wants the best looking laptop, I think you wouldn't be looking for second-hand laptops anyway. I ended up using that MacBook Air for about a year and half for school, and it did everything as I needed it to. It's obviously not the fastest thing you're ever going to purchase, but for everyday tasks like notetaking, video conferences, and entertainment, it did everything great! Apple products luckily hold up to the test of time when it comes to performance pretty well until they're not supported by software updates anymore. I was hoping for the chance to leave a review! This is the second item I've purchased from BackMarket and I will likely buy a third. Both phones arrived in "like new" condition. Not a scratch, smudge or mark anywhere to be found. Both have functioned flawlessly, too. Communication throughout the purchase process was both exceptional and whimsical. My 11-year-old MacBook Pro will eventually need replacement and I would have no qualms whatsoever, based on past experience, turning to BackMarket for that item. Prices are well below what Apple charges for their refurbished models, selection is far wider, and the warranty period is just as good. So glad I stumbled upon BackMarket when I did. I will absolutely recommend BackMarket to anyone else looking to make similar purchases.

So far, we have been very happy with our carefully refurbished MacBook. It looks almost new, and functions perfectly. The battery is not best, but we do not plan to use the unit in the field, so we are not too concerned with that. It was advertised, and priced, as in "Good" condition, and we agree with that assessment. Definitely would buy again.

Delivery was quick, ordered on Saturday and received on Tuesday! Ordered the "good" condition and only 1 small scratch was on the front of the computer. slightly disappointed in an off brand charger, but it works just as fine as an apple charger would so no complaints! Love this 2018 Macbook Pro and the fact that it didn't cost half as much as my husbands did brand new in 2018.

My experience ordering a refurbished machine through Backmarket was fantastic. The product I ordered was exactly as specified and in fantastic working condition. The overall experience with Backmarket is great as well. I highly recommend this company.

My recent IPhone 8 purchase experience was great. Customer service has been very good, rhe phone looks new & so far is functioning like new. Honestly, the home button feel seems a little off to me, but I’m ruling that out as a problem right now because it is an older phone. I am very happy with my purchase

Ordered this iPhone 8 Plus for my husband. We are seniors and neither one very technical, which is an understatement.! The phone is working perfectly well customer service from Back Market is outstanding - Kept me informed every step of the way from ordering through delivery and beyond. The next time we need to make a change in phones this will be exactly where I go. An A+ company. Oh yes, the buy-back of my former phone was easy in all stages of selling the old phone to them.

Had to send it back for a another because unit was not 2015 as advertised, therefore could not accept Monterey operating system.. Other than that in great condition (ordered MacBook Air 11.6 in good condition).

So far I am very happy with the new iPhone 11 Pro. It arrived quickly and in good condition. I live in Africa so I am counting on it really being "fully unlocked" so it can work there. Will know more once I get back home in Africa.
