    When my macbook pro of 9 years suffered a dead motherboard, I took it hard. It had been a reliable workhorse for me for its entire life and I used it more than my newer desktop. I considered tracking down the parts and attempting to fix it myself, but was very nervous given the difficulty and my inexperience with modifying apple hardware. On a whim, I wondered whether I could find a refurbished copy of the exact same model and what the cost would be. I was pleseantly surprised to find the exact same model with the exact same features on this marketplace, and to find that it was the same cost as a replacement motherboard and battery (which I also needed)-- all without having to attempt the repair myself. Six weeks in and I have had no issues; the macbook was in better condition than i hooed for (far better than a hypothetical repair by me would have been given all the other wear and tear on my previous laptop). When I need to replace again in the future, I will strongly consider coming back here again for another refurbished device.

    MacBook Pro 16” 2019 was priced really well and arrive fast. I was surprised how clean the laptop is and with the intel i7 chipset it’s lightning fast. No hesitation in recommending Backmarket to anyone who needs a quality laptop and at reasonable price.

    Just received the item yesterday and we are extremely impressed! The MacBook is cosmetically flawless. The sellers packaged it and its accessories very carefully and efficiently. (I’ll come back and update accordingly after we’ve had the MacBook for a bit.)

    Item came in better than perfect condition! After a minor user error occured I figured everything out and I’m up and running. Thanks alot Pacificmacs and Back Market! Really didn’t expect such a high quality product for the price. Fortunately, I am happy to say it’s even better than I expected. God bless!

    The laptop is in very good condition and has no fault. Initially the charger was not charging the laptop so I contacted the seller and they were able to rectify the issue for me. I would definitely recommend the seller to anyone purchasing from this website.

    My computer got here quickly after I ordered. I was worried about it being a scam but I got my computer and I love it. I paid a fraction of the price I would have for a brand new laptop and it works amazing. The was a tiny scratch but you wouldn’t notice unless you were looking.

    This was my second time purchasing a MacBook Air 13.3-inch with 512GB storage capacity. The first time, I ordered it in "Excellent" condition, and it arrived with a single scratch up the middle of the screen. I got a refund. I retried. I ordered this laptop in "Excellent" condition also. It arrived with two scratches on the screen. Everything else about it seems in proper order so I've just given up and gone a third-rate service that looks like I've already owned my refurbished device for a decade. This review platform in fact tells me I ordered the latest laptop in merely "Very good" condition but I have screenshots to prove otherwise. I am never coming back to this site. Who quality checks the quality checkers?
