I received my MacBook Pro quickly and in an excellent condition, as promised in the description. The Magsafe adapter looks new and also the battery only had 1 cycle. I’ve been working with my MacBook Pro for some days and it runs perfectly. I easily could transfer a Time Machine backup and restored my old work flow. I’m very satisfied with this product and the service of BackMarket. For me it’s totally worth it to look for a refurbished MacBook and again BackMarket delivered. The customer service is outstanding. I’d definitely recommend anyone looking for high quality refurbished (Apple) products to visit BackMarket. Saludos.

Love my new computer for school! Besides it having a password when I received it everything went smoothly. The seller typed the password on my purchase receipt anyway so once I realized that everything was swell!

They say you get what you pay for, well this isn't the case, because this refurbished MacBook Pro over delivers as if it was new. It met all my check points except two. needs more UBS C ports and tends to get hot from time to time. Yet both minor issues that were easy fixes in a ubs hub and cooling fan. This is the laptop that'll turn into my main DJ laptop in the coming weeks as I'm adding music to it. Then it'll used almost daily, between events and teaching new DJs. Check Back Market for your needs, especially if you're on a budget. Fair pricing, great customer service and quick delivery.

Everything about the MacBook is great, including the condition, it looks practically brand new. The only complaint I have is that the speakers are a little blown but I bought a refurbished laptop so I expected at least a little wear and tear.

The iPad was great, as described, and another successful purchase. I do have one thing to mention. The website seems chaotic on my MacBook Air (another Backmarket purchase!) and Chrome browser. It's like your web designer put in every gizmo she had available. Dropdowns are dropping, etc., etc. I fear it was designed for a screen much larger than mine. It makes it hard to navigate, and by the time I made the purchase, the upgraded cosmetic condition I selected had reverted to what opened from the search. The iPad I received is just fine, but I tried to upgrade and was thwarted by the many flashing lights, loud noises, and shouting in Times Square, metaphorically.

Mac mini arrived well packaged and in great condition. Better than expected overall condition. Set up easily and works perfectly. Works fine with my iPhone that is also a Back Market rescue. Thanks again !

i’m so excited !! this is my first “big” purchase for back to school and i decided to get a macbook because I’m taking stats. i’ve been playing around with it for the past 2-3 hrs or so and it runs so nicely !! i’m so happy !! i will def purchase again (i just recommended my younger sister to purchase from here for university)

When my macbook pro of 9 years suffered a dead motherboard, I took it hard. It had been a reliable workhorse for me for its entire life and I used it more than my newer desktop. I considered tracking down the parts and attempting to fix it myself, but was very nervous given the difficulty and my inexperience with modifying apple hardware. On a whim, I wondered whether I could find a refurbished copy of the exact same model and what the cost would be. I was pleseantly surprised to find the exact same model with the exact same features on this marketplace, and to find that it was the same cost as a replacement motherboard and battery (which I also needed)-- all without having to attempt the repair myself. Six weeks in and I have had no issues; the macbook was in better condition than i hooed for (far better than a hypothetical repair by me would have been given all the other wear and tear on my previous laptop). When I need to replace again in the future, I will strongly consider coming back here again for another refurbished device.
