I was of course skeptical of a refurb MAcBook Pro from a company I had never heard off. It was completely as advertised and 2 weeks in there has been no issues. The condition I chose was "good" not like new and it was exactly that, one small scuff on the outer shell. Would buy another from them in the future.

Did my homework on some sellers and glad that I did. Noticed that a number of the reviews for Sprout macbooks were positive, some citing that the items were in great, like-new, shape, even if they were listed as "fair". I took a chance, and Sprout delivered. Received my Macbook today, and it is in great shape with barely a scratch on the outside. Battery is pretty much new (only 3 cycles). Truly thankful for both Sprout and Backmarket. Time will tell of its performance, but right now, I cannot be happier with my purchase.

I cant be happier with my purchase. It was my first time purchasing a reconditioned electronic. The computer looks brand new. I doubt I will ever buy a new one again.

About two minor scratches on the bottom on the computer. Performs like brand new, everything works, this is an absolutely fantastic refurbishing job.

As a computer science student, I needed a powerful laptop that I could run cpu intensive software. The laptop I ordered has been great so far. Compared to my previous laptop my MacBook takes a fraction of the time to load my software and it doesn’t glitch out after using it for long periods of time. On top of using it for school it does great for gaming. The only issue I have had so far is it will not allow me to boot and log into the BIOS settings to heighten the security necessary to create a partition for bootcamp to load windows. —-update—- I was able to wipe my laptop and was able to heighten my security settings and create a Microsoft boot. The laptop is running perfectly!
