I love buying refurbished, and this my 3rd purchase from Back Market. (I previously purchased and Imac and an Apple Watch.). The MacBook Pro that I received was just as advertised. It was carefully packaged, and I even received it a day earlier than expected. I will continue to order from Back Market for all of my electronic needs!

I'm switching from a PC to a Mac. I was uncertain it would be a good fit so I bought this refurbished MacBook Pro for way less than a brand new Mac. So far, I love everything about it. It runs well, battery life is excellent and I'm learning all the apple quirks seamlessly.

i ordered the macbook pro and then i did my research.... i know im stupid! i got scared because a lot of reviews about back market is quite bad, but i had 1 small hope because of a post on reddit. someone said that the item they recieved from Omaha Blue was really good and there were some people who supported the claim. I got lucky im still anxious about ordering from black market but i think im pretty confident about the item im about to buy if Omaha Blue is the refurbisher. My only complain about the item is that the condition is actually better if the laptop was wiped down and cleaned lol so far the macbook works perfectly!

I was very skeptical on purchasing from this company but i must say i am very impressed. Besides having a light scratch on the back and a small fingerprint on the dark part of the screen, The MacBook pro is in very good condition. I will give another review in a month.

My experience was great. For the first 2 weeks, I had some trouble with my MacBook Pro shutting down and restarting repeatedly. I researched and found that it might be an app that might not be compatible. I removed the last app that I had installed, This resolved the problem. Since then everything has been working perfectly. The device itself was in good condition when received and looks almost new except for a few minor scratches. Other than that, no problem. This is my second device from Back Market and would recommend.
