Very happy. 9/10 Pros: - Great condition, looks brand new, functions great! - Quick delivery - Lived up to the expectations. Cons: - Some of the top number keys don’t fully register when I press them. I use the keypad instead. - When on zoom my camera will randomly get funky and fuzz out with some green. I use my own webcam instead. Neither of these issues concern me. I’m very happy. 😃

I bought it for home use, but with how good the hardware is and how small the profile of the machine is, I'm most likely going to be using it as a travel PC aswell. It's quite an impressive little slab. Handles everything well, except mid-high end gaming. Of course, I wasn't expecting it too be able too based on the specs, but for literally every other function it's perfect.

The item exceeded the “excellent”condition description. So far it runs beautifully and has exceeded expectations. The item also arrived a day earlier than expected. Yah! Another great buy from BackMarket. The response time of this computer is amazing and I am so happy with this purchase. Of course, all of my electronics have come from BackMarket - computer, telephone (times 2) ipad ((x2) - all are great and I wholeheartedy recommend for any refurbished items.

It works just fine but not in excellent condition as advertised. The top has scratched on it which are clearly visible so it should have been reported as good condition, not excellent. Regardless, so far I like the computer and plan to keep it.

This is my second Dell Latitude purchase on Back Market. My first was in 2018, and it has been a reliable workhorse for 7 years. Since it is getting older, and I depend on it so much, I decided to get another one and make my old one the backup.

i love the computer and that it has the latest hardware. Its working great and a huge help and leap forward. I guess the only drawback is that the processors are not compatible with the latest version of Windows 11 and as such the operating system cant be any further updated but thats not a big deal for me at this point. I've run Windows 7 desktops before with no problems. Anyway Thankyou, bottom line Iam more than satisfied and I thank you. Have a happy new year! Shaun
