Blackddragon000 review> before engaging with Back Market,I did a thorough research that reached out to even several reputed review & complaints sites & finally decided to take the plunge ( used/ refurbished elsewhere,I noticed has not much protection that I saw here) & after a period of use/testing congratulated myself on having taken a wise decision > those around me who usually purchase new items were astounded at the condition of this device that looked/ performed the same as a brand new iphone. I'm awaiting the delivery of another Back Market item & am preparing to evaluate other devices soon > also, I'm in discussions with the company about referring Back Market products to others.

Couldn’t have asked for a better device and experience. Hardly a knick on it and no scratches either! Battery also came at 91%! I’m loving my device and will definitely purchase from this company again.

my first back Market experience and i am 100% satacfied. this came with only minor wear and a 82% battery capacity and for a used phone i got what i expected. it was unclocked and works just fine on metro by T-Mobile. thanks!!

I received my refurbished iPhone 14 a few weeks ago. Once the phone was set up it has operated flawlessly. I am pleased with my purchase and significant savings that I got from Back Market. I would highly recommend this approach looking for anyone in the market for a replacement phone. My only concern is the extended warranty plan that I purchased with the phone looks like it may be complicated to navigate. This is just an opinion as I have not tried to use this service and hopefully will not need to use.

I was cautious buying a refurbished iphone but after extensive research I decided that BackMarket would be my choice. I upgraded from iPhone SE (2020) to an iPhone 15. The phone arrived in 3 days and appeared in pristine condition, no scratches or scuff marks. After transferring over the phone has performed flawlessly. There is of course a slight operational learning curve but the iPhone 15 is performing as it should. My hesitation to purchase a refurbished iPhone has been eliminated and I am now looking forward to replacing my old Nokia with an BackMarket refurbished iPhone. Batttery health is 87% and is acceptable to me.

I got the Samsung Galaxy s22 in the Pink Gold color in Excellent Condition and can I just say this is way better than excellent condition, it is like brand new condition! I got it all hooked up with no problems! I absolutely love this phone! Back Market did it again and I will definitely keep getting more from them!

I love my new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra! Having an iPhone, I really thought it would be difficult to use and set up but I was wrong! The features on the phone are easy for me use and the camera takes amazing photos! Using Back Market has been a positive experience. I will definitely use it again in the future. Thank you!

I been using the iPhone for almost 2 weeks now, this is not my first purchase from back market and I never disappointed with their products and services. I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro alpine green and I’m very impressed with that color. The iPhone arrived pretty quick and the condition is flawless. The phone runs smooth and the battery lasted about day and a half. So far so good. I’ll definitely continue doing business with back market and their awesome refurbished items. Thanks!!
