Phone arrived very quickly and was in brand new condition. Couldn't be happier. My son loves his new iPhone xs max. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend back market to everyone.

Phone was not as described, not shipped at time initially promised, and now going through hassle of returning item.

Customer service was great but our phone never ended up shipping. Mauricio treated us very well in figuring out the issue and a prompt refund.

I don't know about the quality of the product because it was not opened once I found that the IMEI would not work with my carrier. I have tried for a week to get this returned and refunded with several messages to the seller and still have not heard back.

Would love to have rated the phone, unfortunately the seller sent me a red iPhone instead. Not exactly sure how it's possible for this person to have e done this multiple times to people and still have a platform to take people's money....
