Doesn’t matter which size of the chintzy ear buds I use, couldn’t keep any in my ears! They fall out within 10 seconds. Sorry I bought this product. Should have gone with new and improved for $150. At least I could use them. Just a waste of $100 plus shipping. Very disappointed Suzanne Morrison

These headphones are not worth the money. They sound awful, no fault of the seller. What is the fault of the seller is that I was given a set where the left earcup was disconnected from the headband. Just unscrewed. I sent them back and asked for a refund, and they seem to have repaired them instead, and are sending them back to me. I will have to send them back again, assuming they are still within the return window. I made it very clear that I wanted a refund. Pls give me one!

I've been purchasing from Back Market for quite some time now, I've only had ONE bad experience, but I tell people about this website all the time. Most retailers that sell refurbs wont give you a 1 year warranty, or stand behind the product once its sold . I love it here lol

Control buttons are stiff and delayed also the battery does not last long.

I lost my powerbeats pros after a stressful flight from Miami. Looked on Amazon for the prices which were outrageous for used beats so I decided to buy them from backmarket instead I am extremely happy with my purchase and will buy from this website again whenever I’m in the market for electronics.

AirPods ordered on Tuesday, delivered on Thursday. Look new, work perfectly. No surprise as this is third purchase from Back Market. Last purchase was gen 2 AirPods. Those worked great for me. Have some hearing issues, I'm 74. Use AirPods for calls, news programs, music. Gen 3 Airpods are pleasant step up, especially the fit. I have older earpods that fit in ear canal but that feels uncomfortable over 2-4 hours. Airpods are very comfortable. I purchased gen 3's to rotate with my gen 2's but gen 3's are clearly my fav now. Beats studio earbuds works with Apple devices just like AirPods do and they have better sound quality then AirPods! This is a no brainer people, ditch overpriced AirPods and get a pair of Beats Studio earbuds!
