    Doesn’t matter which size of the chintzy ear buds I use, couldn’t keep any in my ears! They fall out within 10 seconds. Sorry I bought this product. Should have gone with new and improved for $150. At least I could use them. Just a waste of $100 plus shipping. Very disappointed Suzanne Morrison

    These headphones are not worth the money. They sound awful, no fault of the seller. What is the fault of the seller is that I was given a set where the left earcup was disconnected from the headband. Just unscrewed. I sent them back and asked for a refund, and they seem to have repaired them instead, and are sending them back to me. I will have to send them back again, assuming they are still within the return window. I made it very clear that I wanted a refund. Pls give me one!

    I received the entirely wrong device after extensive delays to shipping. After 2 weeks of communicating with support, the seller never responded and so I am forced to have a refund. This severely hampered my Christmas gift experience and I will seriously reconsider ordering from here again.

    I've been purchasing from Back Market for quite some time now, I've only had ONE bad experience, but I tell people about this website all the time. Most retailers that sell refurbs wont give you a 1 year warranty, or stand behind the product once its sold . I love it here lol
