I had to make sure I come back and give this seller a review! This was my second attempt from another seller which did not go well and I had to return. When I came back, I was skeptical since this seller is new but let me tell you, best decision was trusting them. They delivered! I would buy from them again!!

Looks to be in great physical condition, packaging was superb, still testing it out but everything looks good so far!

Here’s how my experience with Back Market has gone so far. I’m currently on my second MacBook Pro M1 from the site. The ordering process was simple, and shipping was prompt. My first laptop arrived securely packaged, but upon opening it, I immediately noticed several dings and scratches around the casing. The battery health was at 86%. I had selected the Excellent condition option, which was described as “flawless,” so I expected something much closer to like-new condition and a higher battery percentage. Before ordering, I read numerous reviews from customers who had purchased devices listed in Good or even Fair condition and received products that were nearly brand new, often with better battery life. That gave me confidence to spend a little extra for Excellent condition, assuming it would meet or exceed those experiences. Still, I followed the return process and sent the first laptop back. The refund was processed quickly, which I appreciated, so I decided to give it another try. After going through the full return and reorder process—shipping, waiting for the refund, and waiting for the new laptop to arrive—I received my second MacBook Pro M1. Unfortunately, this one arrived with even more scratches and dings than the first, though the battery health was slightly better at 90%. I reached out to customer service, and while the representative I spoke with was polite, responsive, and understanding, he agreed that the laptop’s condition was closer to Fair than Excellent. Despite the photos I provided, the only resolution offered was a 10% discount. All I wanted was to pay the appropriate price for the condition I actually received. Now, I’ll have to go through the return process yet again. At this point, I’m not sure I’ll take another chance. I understand that buying from Back Market involves a bit of a gamble—but it really comes down to how many times you’re willing to roll the dice.

I ordered an “excellent” condition, but received a “good one”. It’s not “flawless” at all. I have scratches, have deep scars on sides and top… and the worst thing is, used a lot keyboard, it has glossy (shiny) buttons, especially space button. Screen was a little bit dirty, and with couple of finger prints, it’s small thing, but even here, is it “flawless”? If I would ordered “good” so ok. But for FLAWLESS, only disappointment and 3 stars.
