It arrived on time. It was in awesome condition. Everything works great and information was provided on how to transfer the information from phone to new phone and it worked seemingly. I am very pleased with the entire experience and I will definitely buy reconditioned over new. Satisfied Customer!!!

I’ve had this phone for about 2 weeks and I’m very happy with the quality! It came in great condition. There was a minor miss communication between back market and the company but called the seller and they got right on it. I’m very happy with the whole experience and planning another purchase soon.

This is a great way to buy a "new" phone without the new price! Communication about the purchase and instructions sent about steps to activate were great. I even scheduled a short zoom call with a technician to ask a couple questions. I will definitely be back.

Great condition, easy set up, and exactly as advertised. The very smallest screen scratch, not even truly noticeable unless you are looking in just the right light. Will buy from here again!

Worst packaging. Came in bubble wrap and that was it unlike the other phone which came in a nice cardboard box in a box for maximum protection. Phone was dirty from all sides. Had to wipe it down. Not what I expected for the price.

I ordered a T-Mobile iPhone 11. I was shipped an iPhone that is locked to another carrier. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with T-Mobile to find out that it will not work. This was a gift. Not a happy customer.
