    I COULDN’T WAITTT! I couldn’t wait to leave a review for this marvelous product and seller. Which is crazy because this is my first time leaving a detail review of a product and I’m glad to let you guys know that I am ULTIMATELY pleased! I got a MacBook Pro 16” Core i7 16gb 512g for my girlfriend for christmas because she’ll be starting school in January. She was expecting an Ipad which I considered, but her ultimate goal was a MacBook due to the cost to buy one brand new from Apple, so this product definitely met the standard of GREAT quality on a Very Veryy friendly budget lol. No signs of damages whatsoever. It literally looks brand new, as I got the Excellent version. I wanted it to be perfect because she was going into her school year with an old HP laptop that runs on 4GBRam which is awful because Windows 11 was installed. So I had to downgrade her to Windows 10 just so it could run somewhat smoothly. She had a meeting with zoom with her fellow classmates and was limited to what she could’ve done which was very frustrating for her. I felt her pain, but had to keep it cool because I knew what was on the way lol. So I want to express a deep deep thank you to the seller for this pristine product man. It’s not even mine and I’m happy haha! I was iffy about the site but was highly recommended by a friend of mine and with me doing extensive research on reviews, it swayed me to make the decision. Again, I am very much so pleased and I’ll be back FOR SURE!!!!

    The device came in excellent condition, with no scratches on it. The SSD space is amazing; it runs smoothly with digital design software. A device this good at such a low price is hard to find. My favorite part is the touchscreen, great for getting a closer look at a file without using the mouse pad. The backlit keyboard is a major help for late-night work as well. Best laptop purchase by far!

    I am really happy with my purchase. The laptop came really quick (like literally in 2 days - I was shocked.) The laptop I received honestly looks new to me. I can't tell it was used, and it came with a nice charging cord. Time will tell if any issues pop up, but as of right now I would continue to use Back Market for any technology purchases. I think the price I paid was incredibly fair for what I received.

    Everything is going good. The only thing I am concerned with is the battery. It doesn't seem to hold a charge very lone. My other computer could go for days without charging. Is there anything I can do about that?

    I'm leaving a 5 star review because the laptop works great and performance is definitely my most desired factor and it performs great. No damage to any of the internal hardware and the operating system runs smooth and fast. That being said, this laptop was not in excellent condition. The inside was filthy and caked with dust, but the worst was that the cover is littered with scratches. These scratches were hidden by a nice enough looking skin, but the skin was already peeling at the edges when it arrived. That's why I decided to peel it off and take a look at the actual laptop's condition. All that complaining asside, I'm very happy with the purchase.

    Exactly what I needed, amd exactly as advertised. Looks very clean aside from minor scratches, easily covered with a sticker. I can confirm from other comments that it can get a little hot while initially booting, and the fan runs hard when it does. But once it's set up, it's nice and cool, and I've had no complaints. It's speedy enough for what I need, not a single trace of malware after a total system scan, practically factory-new; Can't even tell it's a refurb.
