Honestly, it's the best gift from me to me lol, I am soon starting a business and I need a good working laptop to be on the go, And back market was the place to go to when need equipment. I will be buying more stuff from them soon

Guess I didn’t read the total description, it arrived and was a touch screen - imagine my surprise! Few cosmetic spots but it has the memory I need and touch screen added bonus! I tell everyone if they’re looking for phone, tablet, computer, etc to check out your site. It’s my go to for electronics. 🤩

I'm leaving a 5 star review because the laptop works great and performance is definitely my most desired factor and it performs great. No damage to any of the internal hardware and the operating system runs smooth and fast. That being said, this laptop was not in excellent condition. The inside was filthy and caked with dust, but the worst was that the cover is littered with scratches. These scratches were hidden by a nice enough looking skin, but the skin was already peeling at the edges when it arrived. That's why I decided to peel it off and take a look at the actual laptop's condition. All that complaining asside, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Exactly what I needed, amd exactly as advertised. Looks very clean aside from minor scratches, easily covered with a sticker. I can confirm from other comments that it can get a little hot while initially booting, and the fan runs hard when it does. But once it's set up, it's nice and cool, and I've had no complaints. It's speedy enough for what I need, not a single trace of malware after a total system scan, practically factory-new; Can't even tell it's a refurb.

So far after 2 or 3 weeks all is good. Use the laptop for browsing and a few games on steam, nothing new, mostly games from 2020ish. Speakers are good but been using Bluetooth earbuds. No issues with track pad. I do plan on buying a hard drive module to increase storage space.

I’ve used these HP elite books for many years - a real workhorse. This refurbished one is the nicest I’ve ever had. Great looking and works smoothly. Too cheap really for what I was charged! A+

Bought about a month ago, so far so good. I've had to replace the battery (which is to be expected obviously) but besides that the device runs great. A few minor issues like crackling speakers and the occasional minor screen flickering but that's more of an issue with the HP Elitebooks as they get older, nothing you can really do. It's very minor / not consistent so it really doesn't bother me at all. Overall, this laptop is a steal, it has great specs and exceeds expectations for a super cheap business laptop. I also took a look at the internal components while I was swapping out a battery & it has all OEM / original parts. Great vendor and amazing price.

The sound on the computer does not work and there is a consistent audio pop up that I have to X out of. I was able to disable the pop up but I can only listen to things with headphones on. I would rate it a 5 star otherwise. Thank you.

The price was reasonable and the laptop arrived well packaged. There is a large applied decal covering the back side of the screen (to hide scratches?), but it does not affect usability. I upgraded from Win 10 to Win 11 without issue. Finally, I was able to max out the memory to 40 GB. I had a nice Lenovo Thinkpad years ago for work and loved it, this one feels just as nice.
