The device was locked, yet advertised as unlocked, when I received it but customer service was able to send me the unlock code to unlock it. Thankfully I didn't try and pay to get it unlocked before I recieved help.

I am loving it! the delivery was fast enough, it could been better if the seller shipped the item one day after I got it but two days is fine too. I will be definitely shopping on back market again. (I'd appreciate a sim ejector)

the phone itself is in excellent quality. Something I wasn't aware of before purchasing is that some carriers block certain phones. There isn't anything specifically other than some IMEIs are stored in their database and some aren't. this means that I was required to swap carriers after receiving the phone. it was inconvenient but I was lucky to be able to switch. make sure to verify IMEI with seller and carrier before receiving device.

Phone arrived in perfect condition as described, except that it was NOT in fact UNLOCKED as advertised , it was locked to AT&T. So, I went ahead and sent it back. The return process was smooth enough, and Back Market was communicative and refunded me with no issue. I will though, purchase another phone from BM, hopefully it is correct this time.

Phone came still locked to AT&T, no fault of Black Market. Luckily I was able to get it unlocked through them on my own which kept me from the long process of return and repair. Other than that it was a great experience.

The phone was nice, however it was locked on AT&T's network and would not recognize my SIM card; tried to change the network settings, but did not work. Backmarket was very helpful with tech support and then with the return of the phone for exchange.

The phone was in great condition and worked flawlessly as far as I can tell. My first time using a "flagship" phone so even though it is like 3 years old at this point, it still seems better and faster than the inexpensive phones I've always used before. Only issue is that the phone was listed as Unlocked but when I tried to use my SIM card with it it wasn't actually unlocked. And then going through the returns questionnaire was frustrating because they bury the PHONE IS LOCKED option as the reason for return in a logic tree that didn't really make sense to me. I found it a little annoying that they make you jump through some hoops to double and triple check that it is actually locked and you aren't just stupid, because the whole time they assure you that they rarely if ever send out LOCKED phones when they tell you they're sending you an UNLOCKED phone. Yet here I am, the first time I order from them, receiving a LOCKED phone. They at least make the return process pretty simple, and hopefully I'll get the same phone back or one in similarly good condition, because it did seem to function super well, despite not being ready to accept my SIM. That's the stage I'm at at least, waitin...

My first time ordering from this provider. Excellent service. The Galaxy S23 was in better than excellent service. The delivery was punctual. I will order again. A. Davis
