Purchased a "good" phone and received a brand new one, just out of its original Apple. It comes with a charger. I couldn't believe how spotless this phone was. I took the risk of getting a refurbished IPhone 14 Pro Max because I was too short on money to get a brand new one from Apple.com and I'm super glad I did. Honestly, I was thinking how bad can a phone that came out less than a year ago get. And I was right. To top it off, I checked the battery health and it showed 100%, so it has been barely or never used. The perfect new Iphone on a great deal.

I ordered the IPhone 11 condition ‘Good’. The phone works perfectly. The ordering process was smooth. The phone was well package. The screen did have a few scratches but that was to be expected being it refurbished was not under the ‘Excellent’ condition. Very please with this company

First phone I got from Back Market and it was wonderful. Minimal scratches around the camera lenses. I bought it a while ago and now I bought another one from them, gave this one to my son and still works great! I will keep coming back.

I got this phone back in November of 2022, my old phone was literally on its last leg. Has held up beautifully, no issues whatsoever, couldn’t have asked for a better device. I have a very clear memory of this phone coming in a day early.

The condition is Amazing! You couldn’t even tell it’s a refurbished and not factory new. The screen is clean and scratch free and the same goes for the whole phone, not a single scratch. Getting it connected with a carrier was as easy as going in and getting a plan. And even though this phone is a few years old by now it’s still smooth as could be, apps and games run flawlessly on here.

I purchased this unlocked I phone Pro Max around two years ago ( currently 2024) and it such a great buy. I selected the "good" condition no heavy denting scratching. Phone powered right on and set up was a breeze. Was able to connect to my service provider with no issues.
