4/5this didn't come with a mounting dock to connect to tv, that's the main reason I bought it so I could play on tv with my wife. I had to go to game stop to purchase one which costed 80$ in total I have paid more than the price of a brand new switch. I feel like an idiot, I really like back market but this seller did me dirty. I would be happy if I can get a partial refund of 80$ to cover the cost of the mounting dock.

4/5Pretty good. I purchased a screen shield for it and when I cleaned the screen I noted a faint 5”long scratch. Invisible when screen is lite, and with the new screen saver. One small ding on a backside corner. No other issues I’m aware of. I’m satisfied with it. I’d do it again… and just might when a need comes up!

1.4/5I got this as a gift for a friend in Ecuador... I flew down with it and when we went to turn it on it wouldn't work .. I have tryed to do a repair or return and the hassle I have had to just find or get to the return page is the worst ... I have only been to sights that are fraudulent that are this hard to reach customer service. And never have I found a way to reach a real person... Amazon is so much better customer service for reconditioned items. worst service ever
