This is my second time buying from back market and I can honestly say I am impressed . I got the space black iPhone 14 Pro Max (fair) and it came within 2 days . No scratches or cracks. Battery health is great and phone doesn’t heat up or anything . If you are skeptical about buying from back market, just always read the reviews before ordering .

So here's what happened: I ordered this phone. It was shipped promptly and delivered on a Saturday. It's in great condition and works as expected. Imagine that! After two absolutely horrible, unacceptable experiences with the big A (whom I have stopped doing business with altogether because of it), I'm SO glad I didn't give up on finding a refurbished phone. This is my second Edge 2022 and it has a STELLAR camera, just like the first one. Looks and works like new. Thank you for not making me bang my head against a wall. Very happy.

My iPhone 15 arrived quickly, well packaged and in excellent shape. The batter was 95%+, I could detect a couple very minor flaws in the screen, and everything worked perfectly. My third successful purchase from BackMarket. Happy, happy, happy. BTW, I really appreciate the light-heartedness of their routine communications. It creates a very friendly buying experience.

This is the fourth phone I have bought through Back Market and As usual, I am completely satisfied with the experience (which is why I keep coming back). My wife's Pixel 6a will be due for and upgrade in 2026 and I will be back to purchase our 5th.
