Paid for overnight shipping, phone arrived in a timely fashion in excellent shape. Ordered an "Excellent" condition model and was surprised to see that the phone shipped in it's original packaging less the OEM charging cable. Phone shows no signs of wear/tear, put my current SIM in and the device fully functions with my carrier. I'll most definitely consider BackMarket in the future for devices. Tl;Dr - Quick shipping, affordable and as described. No complaints here.

'Good' condition phone looks new. Phone works fine. It has more features than I'll use but that's fine. It took Verizon almost 24 hours to connect service after swapping the SIM card from old to new phone.

esim does not work so spent 2 hours on phone with carrier then visiting store to buy a physical sim for $20. Dunno if will trust buying another phone here.
