    Highly recommend the seller Sims Lifecycle Solutions. Phone came as expected or better. I haven't tried the charging cable and wall charger. If I didn't know, I'd think it was brand new. Thank you, Sims Lifecycle Solutions <3

    I was sold this macbook, in fair condition which it truly is. Sticker stains, scratches, and chips. Which is whatever - I truly just wanted a working Mac with good storage. When I used it for the first time, I find out there is an issue with the battery. It's asking for "service immediately" and telling me to replace the battery. Not only this, they sent me the laptop without the charger, so I had to pay extra just to turn the laptop on. Now looking to trade it back to get something worth my $600 investment, and they quoted me $150. Save your money and get your refurbished items elsewhere. Super disappointed.

    I was sold a device that was reported stolen. I was issued a refund swiftly, and without further issue, however, the ordeal still caused me a massive headache, and a lot of lost money, that would not have occurred had I chosen to purchase from a different seller. I only found issue with the device I was sold when I put my SIM card in it, and found that it would not activate. I did not know the cause, so I returned my SIM to my original device, and suddenly found that now that phone doesn't work either. I had to call AT&T, and even drive to their store to find out that I was sold a stolen device, and that by putting my SIM card in that device, and then back in mine, that my phone was now permanently blacklisted from my service. I was left without a phone, and had no choice but to purchase a brand new one from the store, as I could not wait weeks for a replacement to come in the mail. I had to spend money I did not have, and lost a few hundred dollars by having to purchase brand new from the store, as well as losing my old device, as it's now still permanently blacklisted.
