The device arrived in excellent condition as described and works perfectly. The only flaw was a worn nib on the stylus but was easily remedied with a spare a family member already had. The shipping was very quick and it arrived before the anticipated arrival date.

I have had a wonderful experience with my S24 Ultra, absolutely no issues and it was in flawless condition! It was easy to buy, easy to transfer data, and everything has been great. I originally got the insurance because I was worried about the device being lost or stolen in transit, but had no issues. The parcel was packed very well will a tamperproof tell-tell.

Got this phone for my daughter to replace her Galaxy S20. Phone arrived in excellent condition and matched the description perfectly. It was easy to set up and I had no issues activating the phone and transferring her phone number to it.

The condition is way better than i expected. I only found one mark on the phone i believe it was from a case. No marks on the screenshot or camera lens. Sometimes I have to press the power button a few times before it responds. This is my first Galaxy phone so I'm not sure if this how it works.

Works perfectly. Arrived in excellent condition and on time. My only issue was the phone had dirt, grime, and junk all around the edge of the phone and around the cameras. Would have taken 3 minutes to clean off, and I think I should expect a refurbished item be cleaned before it's released to the customer.

I was very skeptical about this because I've never ordered a refurbished item before, I've had it for a day now (which isn't long) but its so much better than a new, unsealed device I bought from walmart which was a.Samsung A7 Tab, which was around $220, it wouldn't charge or had S-pen compatability. I got this one for about $40 less for a better model with S-Pen support, I will be using this app much more!

I had a problem with the first phone I received, and when I contacted Support, responses were prompt and extremely helpful. They also extended my trade in deadline in case my replacement phone didn't arrive on time.

This is the 2nd smart phone I've purchased from BackMarket, plus an iPad as well. The Samsung S23 Ultra arrived in very good condition, without any sign of use anywhere on it. And the battery is in good condition. I've always been very pleased with their sales and will continue to use them. I've also recommended them to my friends.

Item itself is in good condition. But I notice when using it the battery life doesn't last too long. It says a duration of 5 hours per one charge. Again this is a refurbished items so I don't know it that is relevant or something that can be review prior to being put on the site for sell.
