    Received 'good' condition and I don't see any flaws. It came with an after market charger cord and usb that are mismatched but I already have plenty of chargers so no issue with it. I don't see any flaws anywhere personally. Keyboard is tested, max capacity is 86% and battery cycles around 250. I appreciate spending a little bit more for the back market warranty and would definitely recommend based on my experience. I purchased to use as a dedicated computer for a new business I'm starting up and was nostalgic for the 2020 MacBook Pro with a Touch Bar so I'm so happy to have this!

    I have had a wonderful experience with my S24 Ultra, absolutely no issues and it was in flawless condition! It was easy to buy, easy to transfer data, and everything has been great. I originally got the insurance because I was worried about the device being lost or stolen in transit, but had no issues. The parcel was packed very well will a tamperproof tell-tell.

    I was very skeptical about this because I've never ordered a refurbished item before, I've had it for a day now (which isn't long) but its so much better than a new, unsealed device I bought from walmart which was a.Samsung A7 Tab, which was around $220, it wouldn't charge or had S-pen compatability. I got this one for about $40 less for a better model with S-Pen support, I will be using this app much more!

    Everything went really well. The phone works beautifully and the whole process was smooth. But there IS a screen imperfection. It's at the top left of the screen that looks like it's been damaged due to a dent and there's air in it somehow. I received it like this and didnt have time to reach out about it because of my busy schedule. And I understood there would be imperfections. I didn't know if it counted as a scratch. But that was the only disappointing thing. I get worried it'll get worse or something. But I guess that will be my battle for later. Super grateful for back market. And I'll be coming back if I ever need anything again.

    They work well and are overall pretty solid. I almost exchanged them because there are loose inner pieces in both. They were supposed to be in excellent condition, and with this issue, even though it's minor, I would not consider them to be in excellent condition. Overall, a solid buy, and I am satisfied.
