Got this phone for my daughter to replace her Galaxy S20. Phone arrived in excellent condition and matched the description perfectly. It was easy to set up and I had no issues activating the phone and transferring her phone number to it.

I had a problem with the first phone I received, and when I contacted Support, responses were prompt and extremely helpful. They also extended my trade in deadline in case my replacement phone didn't arrive on time.

I was very skeptical about this because I've never ordered a refurbished item before, I've had it for a day now (which isn't long) but its so much better than a new, unsealed device I bought from walmart which was a.Samsung A7 Tab, which was around $220, it wouldn't charge or had S-pen compatability. I got this one for about $40 less for a better model with S-Pen support, I will be using this app much more!

This is the 2nd smart phone I've purchased from BackMarket, plus an iPad as well. The Samsung S23 Ultra arrived in very good condition, without any sign of use anywhere on it. And the battery is in good condition. I've always been very pleased with their sales and will continue to use them. I've also recommended them to my friends.

Item itself is in good condition. But I notice when using it the battery life doesn't last too long. It says a duration of 5 hours per one charge. Again this is a refurbished items so I don't know it that is relevant or something that can be review prior to being put on the site for sell.

I’ve made 3 Black Market purchases in recent years to buy an iPad and IPhones for my kids and all have a been a great experience. The items arrived quickly and in the great condition that I had selected and all worked perfectly. I was very happy with the experience and will definitely purchase from Back Market again.

Device was delivered 'next day' which is great. I paid for the 'excellent' condition which describes the item as having "micro-scratches". The screen is in fantastic condition, however the metal border around the screen has very visible dents and scratches which looks like someone dropped this. It came with the S pen and a super fast charging charger without any original packaging. I have bought several products from BackMarket before and I have never been disappointed. But this time I was a little let down because if the scuffs and the battery only being 90% of its original capacity.

The device appears to be in impeccable condition, both the back and the screen are flawless. The only issue was that one of the side covers was completely detached upon arrival; however, this did not affect its functionality. Overall, I find the device to be excellent.

Prices can fluctuate, so if you see what you want at the right price---get it! That said, the phone I ordered was rated as a B+ grade, but it appears near perfect to me. I've had it not quite a month and it's been great so far.
