    Product was listed as a Surface Pro keyboard - so I figured they're all the same. Unfortunately the keyboard was physically incompatible with my Pro-8 connections. As a new Surface users I was not aware of the difference between models. However, the seller was quick to offer a refund (no replacement was available). I shiped it back and got a refund in short order. No hassle. Wish all my purchases were this simple.

    Ok, love the phone. Technical issues with VZW to receive SMS and MMS messages though. You have to request VZW to make this a CDMA-Less phone. A pain, but as soon as you get a rep that listens, it's golden. Great phone and great speed with the shipping. Can't beat having a warranty on a refurbished item. Will be going business again.
