Quality of the product in regards to looks was phenomenal despite being a “fair” refurbished product - there was a minimum of blemishes or scratches, it looked barely used. I’m still in the process of fully evaluating my scooter’s limitations but I am readily impressed. At 175lbs plus accessories/gear, I have managed a 16 mile ride on completely flat, concrete terrain on Economy mode; I think it was nearly 11-12 miles, but I intend on doing another run later to flesh it out further. Only problem is that I cannot use the app since the vehicle is still registered to another user?, per the app. I have emailed manufacture once and never received a reply.

The scooter has been doing good, I have been able to get really far on it with decent speed. I have been using it and loving it everyday. Thank you so much for this it has been a life saver.

It’s absolutely perfect for My needs. Not necessarily the most impressive electric skateboard on the market, but performs as exactly advertised and even surprisingly well in unexpected areas. The breaking is not the best ( which is a generous way of putting it) but if you have prior skateboard experience, the breaking absolutely does not matter, as the skateboard only having 1 motor allows for you to takeoff and stop like that of a normal skateboard. The package arrived a whole week early and was in perfect condition, although they did send me both the blue and black Velcro deck, with the black one being profusely dirty and clearly used, while the blue was brand new and perfectly fine. The remote is cheap but works as intended, the Board has 2 speed modes with the second one being much faster than anticipated. I’ve rode it through light to moderate rainfall with no issues, and the steering is just good enough to maneuver through/around obstacles at a reasonable speed. The battery life so far is great, as both the remote and board charge relatively quickly, and haven’t died on me yet. My only advice is to look in to small upgrades for the board such as bushings and barring’s to improve Turing and stability. And possibly wheels that but that is heavily optional. Absolute 10/10 for the back market price.

I'm having minor trouble with the scooter. The customer service has been great so far. I can't wait to resolve problem (flat tire) because it looks like a lot of fun to ride. Ive been telling everyone I know about back market. I just started working at UPS too so can tell even more people. I have no complaints just eager to fix minor issue

The booth wasn’t working i sent it back When I retried the soflow. The 3 plastic pin to hold up the back light was broke. Now I can’t use the back break which is a emergency problem. I been dealing with this for over a month. All I am asking is for another one sent

The board is really nice but the only thing I didn’t like was that one of the remote lights don’t work. The right one is fine but the left one is permanently out. I probly would buy another board from black market if I didn’t have any other choice.

The Product wasnt made very well, as far as the throttle control: It broke from one light twist while riding.... So easily that honestly there should be a disclosure before using that its a very delicate throttle and u dont really wanna put much more then one finger flick to it then leave it in cruise mode... other then that its got a great design you can cruise control it which is nice... I was able to get all around downtown denver for work purposes and it lasted going all around about 3 hours so thats nice... its also super light weight so carring it is easy with the proper bag...

Battery won’t fully charge, the scooter died in middle of trips. I contact the seller and they are taking care of issue. I’m so thankful and would recommend and order again. Thank you so much!

I picked a “good” condition and it came with a broken rear lights, and the screws won’t screw all the way in. :/
