    Just received my new phone last night and I’m super happy with its condition. I purchased a “fair” condition iPhone 13 and was a little nervous about how “fair” it would be but surprisingly the phone was almost perfect. A single crumb sized chip and a few scratches that are so small they’re basically invisible. Came with a fresh new battery and you can tell it’s good because Apple is mad now and keeps sending me notifications that there’s a foreign part and urges me to get it done by one of their professionals. Sorry, I will not be giving yo big ahh company any more money than I have to. Also, girly arrived a whole day early. I don’t know if I should thank FedEx or y’all but I’m happy regardless. Love back market and I will absolutely be back.

    Shipping and delivery was smooth. Within days of using this phone, I could see the screen was glotching when going to text or scroll. Just today I went to open it up and half the screen is blacked out. This is probably about my 3rd phone I’ve purchased from Back Market and this was the ONLY one I’ve had an issue with. Now I have to pay $200 for a screen repair within a week of having it. Not cool.
