They work great, but they came in dirty. I know they are used but being refurbished I expected that they would at least clean them, but they were covered in oil and the inside foam of one of the earphones had white stuff on it. Used stuff can come in dirty, but part of the refurbishing process is normally cleaning, part of why it is labeled as "refurbished". They came in their original box with the aux cord, but no charger, which isn't a huge deal.

I love these headphones, they work so well I would have never thought they were refurbished. There are no cosmetic flaws, they're perfect and high quality.

I recently purchased the Anker Soundcore P25I Earbuds, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The noise-cancelling feature is exceptional, allowing me to fully immerse myself in my music and podcasts without any distractions. The sound quality is rich and balanced, with deep bass and clear highs.

Headphones are great, I use them daily listening to music and producing in FL studio for hours. Battery life is also pretty good. One specific reason I went for Xm4's insted of Xm5 is that they don't require active power to play via aux, meaning the battery life is not affected. Plus, they are foldable. However the seller didn't include any case or aux cable with headphones, just a snigle cheap USB-c cord, but it is forgivable in this market I guess.

I haven't had a single bad experience with BackMarket, and this purchase continues that marvellous trend! The headphones were safely packed, and I believe these are the best set I have bought to date! I am learning new dimensions of my music that I had yet to experience, and it's truly a thrill.

i felt great using the headphones These are one of the most comfortable headphones I've ever owned. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is they haven't included the case for the headphones. i had to buy another case second hand for $40. Other than that, everything was great

The thinkpad p1 gen4 is a good laptop, but the fans run SO loud under system load (and especially when charging) that I almost had to return it. If this were a machine I was using on battery frequently, I wouldn't be able to use it due to the intensity of the fans. Luckily, I sidestepped the issue by throttling the maximum processor speed to 99% instead of 100% in Windows: this apparently is enough to prevent the machine from lurching into blastoff mode. I can still use it for fairly resource-intensive audio production and editing without noticeable performance loss.

Item was in excellent condition. Headphones are more luxurious in sound and comfort from earbuds. My first pair. When you turn the headset on, and don't even have any audio on, it does a nice job of cancelling noise! Good buy!
