Laptop was as described and in great condition. Well packaged and easily updated immediately. In a few days I was able to upgrade to Windows 11 without issue. I have had two BSOD (blue screen of death) crashes if I have allowed the system to remain powered on for more than 24 hrs. (a rare case) but that cannot be solely attributed solely to one thing (software, hardware etc.).

Device is flawless, absolutely no issues. I saved over $1,000.00. Thank you for your help with my laptop.

Christmas morning, unwrapped, powered up, and discovered that it has no WiFi device. The device cannot even be detected, so this must have been known before the seller shipped. There isn't much I can do with a computer that cannot connect to the internet. I paid for what was supposed to be a "like-new" refurbished item, and it arrived broken. The specs clearly state that WiFi is part of the functionality, see below. Obviously, sellers are not vetted by this site. I will never buy another item from BackMarket again. Product was delivered in advertised condition. Essentially brand new and works like a charm. Haven't put it to the full test as of yet since I am mostly lightly using it and geared towards productivity but do anticipate to get a pcp game or 2 in the near future to press the limits. love the product! Would recommend seller.

wasn't exactly what I needed, so I had to put in another $800 of upgrades (SSD, RAM, DP monitors), but that's my preference. Just be aware that you need DP monitors and not HDMI monitors. Some monitors don't come with the ports, and you can't use USB-DP monitors to boot

Love it! To be honest my last "new" computer was and Alienware. The oversized footprint and the muck with the pretty lights annoyed me a LOT. And guess what, this has a good sized monitor and my Dragons fly way better than ever in World of Warcraft. Thanks!

I ordered a laptop and the thing got here way earlier than expected. 4-5 buisness days, more like 3 days flat. Out of the box the product looks immaculate, not a scratch in sight. I've yet to turn the laptop on due to it not being charged before delivering. I assume they preferred a quick delivery over a drawn out process due to making sure the thing came fully powerd out of the box. Great A!!!(not to be confused with Grade A), big time impressed with how easy it was to place my order and have exactly what I ordered sitting before me. I withought a doubt will be recommending back market to friends and family. Another day another W!....

It had some pretty noticeable dings on the body. All in all, great laptop, though the cosmetic damages are very apparent.

Everything was great on Back Markets end, however, I am not too thrilled that for some reason everytime I exit a game after about 30 seconds the screen goes black, I cant do anything for about 2 minutes until it just shuts off at which point I can turn it back on. 🙃

The good: The selection of computers available through BackMarket is great, and I was able to find what I was looking for at a price I felt great about! I was in the market for a Windows-based work computer. The bad: Whether or not the computer would have a card reader slot remained a surprise until I received it-- pictures of the left side of the computer told two different stories (one with, one without), which means sellers aren't necessarily uploading pictures of the actual computers they are selling, which feels sneaky and ugh. (Note: I was thrilled to find that it had one!) The computer arrived quickly (within 48 hours) and worked great! I was as happy as someone who doesn't love Windows could possibly be... until two weeks after it arrived. Unfortunately for me, the screen on the computer failed-- one day it was working great, the next day I opened it up to find half the screen blank, the other half full of pink and green lines. When I ran a system reset (after hooking it up to an external monitor so I could see what I was doing) before sending it back, that failed as well... so I returned a laptop with a failed screen and some unknown error (because I didn't bother hooking it back up to the external monitor before packing it back up and shipping it off). My experience wasn't great, but the return process was easy enough that I'm not completely against the idea of trying again-- when you buy refurbished, you understand that it was refurbished for a reason, and you take your chances-- but I'm waiting to see if I'm refunded the $6.99 Quality Assurance fee before I make another purchase. I'm absolutely not willing to pay $7 for the privilege (not to mention the letdown!) of testing computers that fail within two weeks.
