The computer came in the original Dell box 1 of bags had never been open the computer was in Mint condition. Just like it came from The Dell store I own 2 other Dell computers last one was a Dell G3 Series 15 Inch Thin Gaming Laptop so I know how Dell packs Their computer Not one dent or scratch so I could tell It had never been used Dell was asking over 1500 to 2000 so For me to get this with a 2 yr warranty all under 1350 I was very happy I will be buying all My computer / Phones from Black market for now on. My next buy will be a new phone If i can Buy a I-phone at half the cost I will Thank you Black market I was a Little scared at 1st but after reading all the reviews I gave you a chance and I'm so Glad I did. You cant go wrong with This company I even got it 4 day's earlier Than was told . Happy Happy customer This computer will give me yrs of enjoyment .

This laptop is sturdy but not bulky. It was a good price for the hardware specs and in stellar condition. The performance is quick as I expect, but it tends to run a little warm. Some tweaks in the settings helped alleviate that. It runs Ubuntu 22.04 great, no hardware issues. I was surprised that it was the touch screen model, I expected the non-touch screen version. I'm happy like a smiley faced emoji.

Laptop was as described and in great condition. Well packaged and easily updated immediately. In a few days I was able to upgrade to Windows 11 without issue. I have had two BSOD (blue screen of death) crashes if I have allowed the system to remain powered on for more than 24 hrs. (a rare case) but that cannot be solely attributed solely to one thing (software, hardware etc.).

The quality of the product was excellent as described. Customer service (which was only via email) was wonderful. I particularly like the choice of words in the email. Thank you! update: Product still works great, but battery life is reducing a little too fast for my liking. Used to be 4 hrs, now it is about 3 hrs perhaps this is because I leave the laptop in sleep mode often.

This was a great choice! It came looking brand new, and I love the laptop. I had originally ordered a Dell XPS 13 for my new work computer, but the thing kept overheating and the performance was really, really slow. The Latitude I got is way less flashy but it works perfectly and I have been using it for a few weeks now and have had zero issues.

Laptop working as expected and at a fair price. Default charging cord was not functional on arrival, but received prompt service and a new working cord 2 days later. Setup now works as desired. Packaging had the right idea, but the internal supporting cardboard wrap was not unfolded properly, allowing the laptop to bounce around inside, and the charging cable was placed unwrapped and loose on top. Possibly the cause of the cable failure.
