    I’m really impressed. This is the first time I’ve ordered from this website. I’ll definitely be ordering more things in the future. I wanted to get this because the camera on my iPhone is busted and I’m going to a convention so I thought this would be a nice little birthday treat for myself and I was correct. It’s really great. It’s cute has a lot of storage it’s fast. It charges fast and the condition is perfect. I really enjoy it and I’m learning to use the Samsung phone now so I’m pretty content and I really just love the flip camera features. I bought this specifically for the camera and I’m very happy and I took cute pictures of my cat and took nice nature pictures too. I highly recommend this. I just need to buy a case for it now. I’m thankful this website exists thank you and I think it’s cool. It’s SIM card locked so I can just put my T-Mobile SIM card in there if I need to.

    Perfect tablet for basic use. Shipping came 2 days earlier than it said. Only 1 minor dent. Condition said fair but I personally believe it's above fair. If it wasn't for that small minor dent I would probably never known it was a used tablet.

    For refurbished items this site does a good job of reselling devices. I got exactly what I paid for and I’m extremely happy with the value per dollar. Everything ran about as much as you would expect it to be with an iPad and while it might be one of the older models, it does retain its responsiveness with iOS. It’s been years since I’ve owned an iPad and glad this site allow me to get refurbished devices. Back Market gave nearly excellent quality for being a “fair” device and would buy again from this site. It seems as if they take pride in their inspections and they are very much valid. No major issues, updates still exist for the being, iPad does the job i need it to do well. No complaints.

But once I received it and tried it out, there was no way I could send it back.     I received a phone locked to AT&T. I was luckily able to get AT&T to unlock it after 3 hours of trying to activate it on the Verizon network over the phone, and then 3 more hours heading to my local Verizon store to try and fail there. While I am ultimately happy with my purchase, I am unhappy with the overall purchase experience and very reluctant to do it again.
