My phone looks and feels brand new. No noticeable scratches nor flaws. I was able to transfer my data to this unlocked phone with no issues. Exactly what I was looking for at a great price too! I've been telling everyone about my great deal and the great 2 year warranty I got too to make me feel extra safe with buying a refurbished phone. Honestly, I hesitated buying this phone until I saw the 2 year warranty. I will be back to trade in some old phones and to get another phone for my my elderly Mom that don't need an over priced phone. Just something that works great at a great price.

Performed in-depth research on this item and it's perfect. A refurb with no scratches. Lightweight recycled magnesium casing. The setup was simple. Using for light programming. The battery arrived flat of course, but after a full charge is beyond sufficient; cycling every 2.5 days with intermittent use. Much better than my previous Acer purchased in 2022. Shipping was preem, with no hiccups, and exquisite air-cushioned packaging preventing damage. Item features that I was aware of but wasn't expecting: backlit keyboard, biometric sign-in.

So the purchase was reasonable cost with free shipping,, which arrived 4 days later which was cool. Open the box everything looked good, took the phone out of the plastic and TA DA not the right phone I ordered, it is a Motorola but not nearly as cool as what I ordered. I believe they sent Moto G/grey/ (2025), where I was expecting a Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G 128GB - Emerald Green - Unlocked. So yeah I'm bummed but it's a decent phone and I' was in need of a phone so bad I'll make due, in conclusion I really wanted what I ordered but I can't really wait to ship back and wait for them to send the right phone and so everything went great except I got wrong phone 😔

The phone is terrific. The number transfer process had moments of doubt. Especially regarding eSIM. I had to poke around my backmarket account to realize and find the IMEI number for the new phone. It would be nice if you made this a little more obvious.
