    Great price. I decided on “Excellent” choice as the price difference was not that huge. The phone did not disappoint. Looked and preformed like it was brand new. I did have one issue as it would not show WiFi on the top bar and I had no WiFi internet, but it showed in settings that I was connected with my Starlink. Called the company and got a recording, which was no surprise as it was a weekend. Meanwhile we had found online that this issue had been previously resolved by recycling “Airplane Mode”. That did the trick and I’ve had no issues since. On Monday morning I did get a return call from the company but we had it covered. Shipping via FedEx was quick— 2 days to my house. I was at first hesitant to by refurbished but now I’m looking at tablets. All and all very happy with my purchase.

    Okay so I’ll start with this, I thought I was ordering the iPhone 12 regular size. But I realized shortly after the order I got the mini 12. I didn’t change the order or anything so I just waited for it to get here … and I can say that I absolutely love it. Of course the bigger one would have been cool but this is just as nice and I’d rather just keep it than go thru a return and all that. When I decide to get another phone I'll make sure to get bigger size. Anyways here are the specs: I got the excellent condition, 256gb, unlocked iPhone 12 mini, light green and the 1 year warranty. I really like it, super compact, slick, and very fast. It was worth the money. Works just as new as a brand new phone, and to me this phone is brand new, wouldn’t even be able to the difference. I will definitely be getting my next phone from back market as well. 10 star rating from me! It got here super fast, and not a single scratch or mark, they also put a glass screen protector on for me and that was a very nice touch so I didn't have to buy one. The battery is awesome!     Received the iPhone 12 in good condition about 3 weeks ago and first of all, the screen was infact in perfect condition with zero scratches in it as backmarkets policy said it would be, and honestly, so was the entire back of the phone, and even the lenses themselves and also around the lenses doesn’t have any scratches. Everything seems to work just fine on the phone. Came with 86% battery health and I’m very happy with the purchase. Would recommend seller

    I ordered the excellent condition and definitely would have bought the new battery if it wasn’t sold out. Overall I’m satisfied, but there are some minor scratches on the side and back. The screen looks perfect. There’s a glass screen protector on it, so maybe that’s hiding some scratches underneath, but it looks good with it on and I’m not planning on removing the protector. The battery is 86% of its original capacity. Honestly I was hoping for better since I bought the excellent condition phone, but I guess “excellent” only covers the surface condition. The minimum acceptable battery condition for back market is 85%, so I feel like this phone should gone into the “good” or “acceptable” range. I wish back market had a more transparent way of telling you the prospective battery health of your new phone before you spend more for the “better condition” tech. The charger that it came with is Awanta brand and it works fine. Go with the new battery if you get the chance. Still a better deal than buying a new phone. And I liked the student discount.

    The phone (iPhone12 rated “Excellent condition) appeared to be practically new. No damage anywhere and even had a glass screen protector installed. Battery life was at 90%. Only drawback was I didn’t think about needing to be home to sign for it, so they redelivered the following day and I just had to make sure I was home during a 4-hour time slot.

    I purchased an iPhone SE in good condition but there is a noticeable scratch on the front screen. I spent hours setting it up and porting an existing phone number. I don’t want to return the phone but think I should get a partial refund. Happy to FaceTime to show you the scratch. This is my first time dealing with Back Market.

    iPhone SE 2022 is working great and in excellent condition. I held off on ordering a phone until I found a seller with positive reviews and customer service, and I’m so glad I did. Phone arrived with contact info in the event of any issues, as well as a full printed out workup of the phone.

    I ordered two iPhone12s that were rated “Excellent”. Both looked completely new on the outside with no scratches and even had screen protectors already installed. My only complaint is the battery life of this phone is only at 83%, when all Back Market phones are supposed to have at lease 85% (the other phone I ordered from them had 90% battery life). I’m not going to bother returning it though because I need the phone right now. Both phones came with Apple compatible chargers by AWANTA.
