I ordered an iPhone 13 mini 512GB after more than 1 week of use according to the description. everything works well, and the battery is good enough and doesn't drop quickly. Battery is pretty good around 80-90%. The physical condition of the rear and front body and camera is around 95% smooth. This Back Market can be trusted and responds quickly. Previously I was worried about buying a used iPhone at Back Market. But after my order came and tested everything was good and there was no doubt about it. that's all from me for now, thank you.

Received the iPhone 12 in good condition about 3 weeks ago and first of all, the screen was infact in perfect condition with zero scratches in it as backmarkets policy said it would be, and honestly, so was the entire back of the phone, and even the lenses themselves and also around the lenses doesn’t have any scratches. Everything seems to work just fine on the phone. Came with 86% battery health and I’m very happy with the purchase. Would recommend seller

The phone is great! It came with 89% battery and minimal damage (a couple tiny chips around the edges). My seller gave me a way to contact them directly if there are any issues which I appreciate. My only complaint is with the security of this website; I think some of my information got stolen and I got a phishing email.

I ordered the excellent condition and definitely would have bought the new battery if it wasn’t sold out. Overall I’m satisfied, but there are some minor scratches on the side and back. The screen looks perfect. There’s a glass screen protector on it, so maybe that’s hiding some scratches underneath, but it looks good with it on and I’m not planning on removing the protector. The battery is 86% of its original capacity. Honestly I was hoping for better since I bought the excellent condition phone, but I guess “excellent” only covers the surface condition. The minimum acceptable battery condition for back market is 85%, so I feel like this phone should gone into the “good” or “acceptable” range. I wish back market had a more transparent way of telling you the prospective battery health of your new phone before you spend more for the “better condition” tech. The charger that it came with is Awanta brand and it works fine. Go with the new battery if you get the chance. Still a better deal than buying a new phone. And I liked the student discount.

I purchased an iPhone SE in good condition but there is a noticeable scratch on the front screen. I spent hours setting it up and porting an existing phone number. I don’t want to return the phone but think I should get a partial refund. Happy to FaceTime to show you the scratch. This is my first time dealing with Back Market.

Everything seems to be working fine, thank you. We had a little problem getting it set up due to the fact that the other phone is on the bottom of the lake, but all is well now.

iPhone SE (2022) is like new!

I bought a fair condition iPhone 13 and it came to me fairly quick! Everything on the device works as it should. Cosmetically it fits the description with a scratched up screen and a few good dings, honestly much worst than I thought it would have been. But the transaction with backmarket has been fantastic.
