    I ordered an iPhone 13 mini 512GB after more than 1 week of use according to the description. everything works well, and the battery is good enough and doesn't drop quickly. Battery is pretty good around 80-90%. The physical condition of the rear and front body and camera is around 95% smooth. This Back Market can be trusted and responds quickly. Previously I was worried about buying a used iPhone at Back Market. But after my order came and tested everything was good and there was no doubt about it. that's all from me for now, thank you.

    Came in 2 days (i paid express shipping) phone only had a couple of small scratches on screen nothing that bad or to the point you could really see unless close up on eye. Its very close to great condition even though i bought it in fair condition. The scratches are the only thing that seperate it from being in great condition. Absolutely 0 problems with the device i recommend anyone that has had problems with BM in their past or current experience to get their items from this reseller they are top tier. Absolutely 0 promblems this is my first time buying from BM and this definitely was a great experience

    Received the iPhone 12 in good condition about 3 weeks ago and first of all, the screen was infact in perfect condition with zero scratches in it as backmarkets policy said it would be, and honestly, so was the entire back of the phone, and even the lenses themselves and also around the lenses doesn’t have any scratches.     Okay so I’ll start with this, I thought I was ordering the iPhone 12 regular size. But I realized shortly after the order I got the mini 12. I didn’t change the order or anything so I just waited for it to get here … and I can say that I absolutely love it. Of course the bigger one would have been cool but this is just as nice and I’d rather just keep it than go thru a return and all that. When I decide to get another phone I'll make sure to get bigger size. Anyways here are the specs: I got the excellent condition, 256gb, unlocked iPhone 12 mini, light green and the 1 year warranty. I really like it, super compact, slick, and very fast. It was worth the money. Works just as new as a brand new phone, and to me this phone is brand new, wouldn’t even be able to the difference. I will definitely be getting my next phone from back market as well. 10 star rating from me! It got here super fast, and not a single scratch or mark, they also put a glass screen protector on for me and that was a very nice touch so I didn't have to buy one. The battery is awesome! I’m actually a person that doesn’t use my phone too much so my battery will last all day and night until the morning / afternoon then I’ll charge it. I’m very impressed and satisfied.     Great price. I decided on “Excellent” choice as the price difference was not that huge. The phone did not disappoint. Looked and preformed like it was brand new. I did have one issue as it would not show WiFi on the top bar and I had no WiFi internet, but it showed in settings that I was connected with my Starlink. Called the company and got a recording, which was no surprise as it was a weekend. Meanwhile we had found online that this issue had been previously resolved by recycling “Airplane Mode”. That did the trick and I’ve had no issues since. On Monday morning I did get a return call from the company but we had it covered. Shipping via FedEx was quick— 2 days to my house. I was at first hesitant to by refurbished but now I’m looking at tablets. All and all very happy with my purchase.
