I was extremely surprised when i received this phone , it said it was fair , but there were no scratches on the phone and the screen was perfect , i literally have no issues , only thing was a message on my phone regarding the replacement battery but that went away after a few days so im extremely satisfied with my buy, and i will definitely be using backmarket again in the future..... i dont even leave reviews usually so this says alot!!!!

I love Back Market! I used it before to purchase a refurbished smart phone. The first one didn't turn out like I needed, so I returned it. No problem! Courtesy and understanding all around! Perfectly happy and the iPad Pro surprisingly is clean and scratch free. My daughter is loving it. Only issue was with charger came with less rated one, but sorted out after communicating with the seller. They provide me a credit to buy new charger and let me keep the first one with me.

Initially, I thought it was great. I was able to upload the backup from my phone easily, and all my apps worked fine, I thought the phone was in better than "fair" condition I purchased, and I was happy about that. I used my phone as everything but a phone for a week....and that's when I found that the volume of the receiver (ear speaker) of the phone was weak. It worked but was weak. At full volume, I could barely hear. Luckily with the headset it functions regularly. How did this make it through QC (atownsend)? One would think the phone should function as a phone, first and foremost...but then again, I didn't use it as a phone for a week. In a noisy environment or weak signal connection, or a life and death situation, this could be disastrous. I should have known buying used. Maybe a phone isn't a phone anymore, but if I purchased from Back Market again, I'd run a rigorous a full test on the phone.

My iPhone 13 (256GB, Starlight, unlocked) is in impeccible condition! It's battery health is at 100%. Techmint (the refurbisher for my device) shipped it well and quickly (ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday, coming from Austin to the DFW area where I live). Techmint included a lightning cable, a usb charging brick, and the pin to remove the SIM card drawer. Techmint did not disappoint in the least and I highly recommend this refurbisher if you can purchase from them. I have experience purchasing from Backmarket and have bought various devices including iPads, a laptop, an Apple watch and two iPhones from Backmarket. So far, I have not been disappointed.

Sent this as a birthday gift to my son-in-law whose Apple Watch finally bit the dust. He’s very hard on watches (as well as other tools), but loves the updates Apple Watch sends to communicate with kids. Love Backmarket because I could replace his watch without breaking the bank.

This is my first laptop and i was skeptical at first to purchase one from a unknown source like back market. I walked into an apple store they only had 8GB- SSD 32GB and the price was close 2,000 i walked out and ran across a reliable friend he told me to check out Back market, long story short i continued my research and ended back at back market, so i made the purchase and im happy with the decision. Seller sent an unlocked iPhone 11 in Excellent condition, with no scratches. Battery health is 85%, which is just at the cutoff level guaranteed by Back Market (would have preferred higher battery health, but that's OK). Everything works well!

Honestly really good condition and I had gotten good it was very little to like almost no scratches on it and is doing great I’ve had it for a month and i absolutely love it if you are thinking about getting it do totally worth it
