Shipped separately from the phone. The package was maybe a day or behind the phone. They were easy to set up. This company is an excellent alternative to the "sing up and get free" model. The case for my refurbished iphone 13 mini was delivered a day after the phone itself. The protective sheet attached easily to the phone, and the case fit perfectly. The case is durable.

The phone arrived on time & in pretty perfect condition - 2 weeks in & no issues whatsoever! I was really needing to upgrade my camera & this quality is a big step up for me, even with replacement parts. Even the battery life will last me all day on a busy day, 10/10 would purchase again!

There was no indication on the website that showed the battery heath. I was very disappointed to find that it has only 80% capacity. I like the phone itself. It's the phone that I wanted and they are not easy to find in excellent condition. I will now have to consider purchasing a new battery in the near future. I was saving over $200 buy not buying the new iphone 16E. Now I will have to spend $80 on a new battery from apple.

This case is good material, easy to install, and protects as advertised. But..it is so smooth and slick that I couldn't get good grip on it. Therefore, I chose to order the Back Market case with the black wave which is more easy to grip.
