I was skeptical about buying refurbished items as I had a bad experience a few years ago(not from back market though), but I have to say everything works great! I got excellent condition and it literally came as if it’s new out of the box. The charger was a bit dirty so I had to wipe it down, and the only thing bad about the computer is it dies rather quickly and it can be slow to load at times. Other than that I love it! Would recommend.

I purchased this MacBook Pro for a Veteran’s family. He is overcoming some trauma and has two teenage children, one of whom has Chikdhood Arthritis. They are precocious and driven toward the sciences. They are doing extraordinary projects using multimedia. The MacBook Pro was a perfect choice. The smile on their faces was incredible. Thank you for making these young people’s lives a celebration of life. The refurbishment made all of this possible. Well done!

It's 2024 and Back Market is still the top market. If you're looking for a sign to press confirm, THIS IS IT. I ordered my macbook in a fair condition, but it arrived looking excellet. The shipping process was very quick and effective. Even when I had an issue, they quickly resolved the problem. 10/10 would recommend.

Back Market is a good site for refurbished electronics. I've used them twice now and am happy with both the iPhone and laptop that I bought.

The laptop arrived today and I couldn’t be happier!! I was a bit apprehensive since I’ve never purchased a MacBook refurbished before, but I can say that this MacBook Pro is perfect!! There is not a single flaw and I’ve checked the specs and everything matches up to the description!! I am so glad I looked for a refurbished model before spending over double the price on a brand new one! With a 16gb ram its super fast and works great! Thanks for the amazing computer!!

Came with a bit of dust, had sent but that was to be expected! the space bar was a bit blemished so you had to put more pressure for it to work. the battery did run down quick but that might just be the apps i was using. but over all, it does the job!!

I heard about the website from a co-worker. Decided to order a MacBook for my daughter to use for school/college. I placed an order on January 5 and chose excellent as the condition. I received it January 8. It’s in perfect condition! Looks brand new and so far works great! Thank you Back Market!
