    I’m so happy with this device! I needed an upgrade but couldn’t afford to go brand new. This was the best decision I’ve made. I cut back on my cellular phone service expenses and went with a prepaid carrier so I can’t get a “free” phone anymore. I’m so glad I found this site and I will be purchasing from them again in the future. The phone looks flawless and brand new. You would never know it was a refurbished phone.

    I wasn’t sure about the app in general because the prices looked too good to be true even with it being refurbished. I didn’t want to risk it so I chose the excellent and the phone came in no scratches no defects. The phone itself looks brand new as if I went to apple and bought it I am very happy about my purchase. Customer service through chat was always there to help and answer questions within a one day span. My only issue was I needed the phone as soon as possible so I got the expedited shipping. Yet it wasn’t really on here it was due to third party sellers they choose to buy phones from. FedEx for almost two weeks had my estimated delivery changed every day. So I did receive the phone pretty late. However, Customer Chat was there for me every step and I received a refund for my extra fee for expedited shipping.

    Great phone. I got it with the plans of keeping it until updates are over (2032) and I dont forsee having any issues with it. My last Samsung from Backmarket lasted 2 years after updates were no longer supported. The camera is great, great storage for photos. An upgrade to night time photos compared to the Galaxy Note 10. If the color of the phone is important to you, you should know the color is not as vibrant as it is in the photos. Very pale green, but that is not a problem if you're just putting a case over it. As for the specs and functionality of the phone, it is very good quality. Very long battery, great OLED display. Quick and snappy.

    My phone looks and functions great! So glad I chose to go the back market route instead of dealing with my phone carrier. The only negative I experienced was that I payed for two day shipping and got it three days later than the two day promised window. I did order right around Christmas though, so I understand that things could’ve gotten backed up. Still, I definitely recommend both back market and the shop that did the refurbishment.

    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!!! I was gonna go with excellent but I got good because it was cheaper and honestly I’m happy I did because I basically just got myself a brand new phone for $200 cheaper then asking price. The battery health came AMAZING and the phone had NO SCRATCHED OR DENTS AT ALL.
