The condition was listed as good, but they are like new so far as I can tell. The noise cancelling works very well. The sound is great. I like that there is reserve power in the case. I bought these primarily for boosting ambient sound as I am slightly hard of hearing. I'm not entirely satisfied with this feature. The software is hard to navigate, and the effect so far is not so good. It doesn't amplify much, and after the hearing test, it sounds like I'm listening through tin cans, not natural at all. At age 74, I already knew that I'm missing the top two octaves. No amount of amplification on any device makes anything above 8 KHz audible. They are very good at selecting and amplifying sounds coming from directly in front of me when I turn on that feature. The Find app doesn't seem to work right if you lose the case with the ear buds in it. I highly recommend these for listening to music in a noisy environment. But I can't say I would buy them as ersatz hearing aids. It is certainly not Back Market's fault that FedEx kept my shipment on the truck for three days before delivering it.
