The customer service was good, they had a problem with my address, called me and got it resolved right away. Within a couple of hours, the phone was already shipped! The phone itself has no problems, battery condition is 100%. I highly recommend Back Market!

The computer is absolutely amazing and came in phenomenal condition. It said the laptop was in good condition, but honestly could have easily passed for excellent. It also arrived with some charge and was factory reset so it was super easy to set up. Beautiful.

I recommend ordering it in excellent condition like I did. There are one or two noticeable extremely dim scratches that can only be seen at a specific light angle at the back. Yet for the price it’s definitely worth it. Battery life came at 100% and everything else was perfect.

Seller sent the original Microsoft Surface Headphones instead of the Surface Headphones 2 as stated in the listing. No photos or description to indicate the exact model being provided and only found out once connecting to my phone and using the Surface app on my Surface Pro 6. Overall lukewarm first use of Back Market. Shipping was fast however!
