I went in thinking that I was gonna get a beat up ipad because I bought a Fair condition. I get this thing out of the box, and there are some really shallow and small scratches and the apple logo is slightly scuffed. And... thats it. No cracks or dents. The screen scratches were filled with the screen protector and arent visble. The case covers the apple logo. Battery isn't cooked, and I only paid around 200$ for a 256gb Ipad with 4g. Msrp is pushing 600$.

i have purchased from back market before, and have never had an issue, but this time i’m not happy at all. i reached out to the seller and they did get back to me within 24 hours and was friendly. i was offered $18 compensation, exchange but not promised the item will be in stock, or a full refund after return, so i will be returning! i ordered “good” condition, where you should not be able to see imperfections from 8 inches away, but i can see them from 2 feet away. the screen has glue all around it, and the back of the phone looks like it will pop off within a few months. there is glue where they tried sealing the back of the phone, but it looks like the glue did not hold well enough. to me, the condition of the phone is “fair” not good condition which is unfortunate since it is extra for the better condition.

Excellent laptop that was built like a tank. Really great speakers (Dolby Atmos) and adequate CPU and RAM. The only thing maybe I would say is that it runs a tad hot, but that comes with most x86 architecture laptops anyway. Oh one more thing to the refurbisher, this is a business laptop that originally had Windows Pro, why are you shipping it with Windows Home??
