I’m very pleased with iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’m so glad I did this thank you Back Market the phone arrived in, very good condition. This experience has been more than I could hope for. Thanks again.

Screen had visible scratches even when the phone was on. Phone was advertised as being in Good condition. Back Market's definition of Good is: Screen: Perfect condition; Body: May have micro-scratches visible from 8 inches away. As such, I returned the phone and received a refund. Thank goodness I ordered this phone on Back Market. No hassle 30-day return policy. I would buy from Back Market again but would think twice about choosing a phone refurbished by UC Technology Inc, the refurbisher/seller of the phone I returned.

I’m happy with this phone; however, when I use speaker for music or a phone call it’s not loud enough. I’m not 100% sure if all speakers work.

The phone is perfect and it works so nice and it set up easily and I have no problems with it. The battery Health is 85% but it’s ok I don’t really mind.

Phone works PERFECT better than my iphone 13 in my opinion. have always loved the xrs and this one without a doubt has been the smoothest working one i’ve got! 10/10!

Phones are a 9.5/10! Only issue i received a Computer Charger instead of the USB-C cord that comes with the phone. All in all phones work amazingly great! Definitely Will Recommend!!!! ;)

UC Technology sent me a completely different laptop, which was un-refurbished and would not turn on. The sticker on the bottom of the laptop didn't even match the printed model name, or the product that I ordered, and it was heavily damaged but the box wasn't. Returned it, but the BackMarket staff seemed to be barely reading my messages, and at one point, once they had seen pictures of the damaged laptop, said that they needed MY personal information in order to file a claim with the shipper. As if UC Technology didn't just mail out some broken laptop. This was not my first Backmarket Purchase, but it will probably be my last.
