I love Lenovo, but can't always afford it, but you folks made it possible.😊 Laptop was just like new. You couldn't even tell it was refurbished. Awesome customer service & great products. I've already told a few people about how awesome you are. Love my new laptop it!!!!

Not gonna lie, a part of me was a bit skeptical of buying a refurbished product from a website I'd never heard of, but I bit the bullet anyway and purchased this laptop. Not only did I receive the product in 3 days, but it was also in perfect condition! I'm pleased with the service from BackMarket, and incredibly happy with my Microsoft Surface laptop. (I even like it more than my Mac ;))

The Surface Laptop I ordered arrived super quickly which made me happy since I was extremely excited for it. When I opened the packaging (which felt really high quality btw) I couldn't find a single flaw on the screen, outside surfaces, or on the cloth keyboard. It honestly seemed brand new. So aesthetically it was a 5/5. Now, I've had this laptop for a little less than a month but from what I can see is that it runs really well. It boots up very quickly, loads pages relatively quickly (depending on internet I assume), and its touch screen/keyboard is very responsive. I use this laptop not only for school but also some VERY light gaming (league of legends). Of course, this laptop is not meant for gaming and I wouldn't recommend it for that purpose. Also, when this product was released it costed over 1k. So the price is definitely not bad if the product looks and works factory fresh. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase so far. It's completely changed my opinion on refurbished laptops. Hope this helps!

I was skeptical about this site. I looked up the reviews and saw a 96% trustworthy rating. I recieved the product on time, and it came in a Microsoft box. The laptop was covered in plastic, and took about a hour to update. I love this computer! It runs smooth. No scratches or bruising. Its brand spanking new. I will definitely be buying all my electronics from you all lol. Why pay full price when you could buy a certified electronic with no damage and works perfectly?

Ordered a Surface Pro 6 i7, got exactly what I ordered, well packaged, well delivered and I've been enjoying it ever since.

I ended up buying two different laptops because the first one wasn’t 100% functional (keyboard wasn’t working sometimes, as well as the touchscreen) but they were super responsive, helpful with my concerns and prompt with my refund. Because their customer service was so great, I chose to still order my 2nd attempt laptop from them. The second one I ordered worked perfectly and I couldn’t be happier!

If you want an excellent product, this is the place to go. I will refer yall to the ends of the earth. I will not buy another controller again from anywhere else. I love my controller I love the price n I love the warranty n I love the fact that y'all care whether or not it works. Y'all are great!
