    First of all, the Samsung Z Fold 5 arrived on time and in perfect condition. I don't think the phone had been previously used. If so, I couldn't tell. For me, I'm thinking that the phone is probably not one that I would use. Primary reasons are the size of the primary screen and accessibility of the side button (fingerprint reader) with a case installed. I have gone back to my S23+. I guess I was spoiled by the fingerprint reader on the screen. The phone and the service provided by Back Market were top notch. I probably didn't do enough research on the functionality of the phone itself.

    Wow, kudos to Black Market for their novel approach to sales: selling brand new, flawless phones as 'refurbished'. I mean, who needs transparency, right? It's not like customers might feel misled when they get a phone that's literally perfect. But seriously... But let's talk about my recently purchased Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra - it's a stunning device. The display is vibrant, the camera is incredible, and performance is top-notch. I mean, you'd never guess it's refurbished; it looks and performs like brand new! If you're in the market for a high-end device and want a brand new phone at a refurbished price (wink), I'd say go for it. Just don't try to tell anyone it's 'refurbished'. HA!     Delivery was day ahead of schedule. Phone looked new. Had it activated with zero issues. I ordered it because the s22 has a great antenna for rural setting with weak cell service. It performs better than.i could have imagined...no dropped calls and great reception. Love phone so far.

    Excellent service, delivery, and provisioning to the new carrier as an unlocked phone. Phone itself had some minor small scratches in the screen which in no way made the end user experience worse. Phone heated up upon installation of a dozen apps for general usage but cooled down afterwards. Giving it to my son as a birthday gift and he seems to like it so far. Will be purchasing more products like the pixel fold the next time I have enough funds for the upgrade. Thanks back market!

    My first impression was the phone is extremely slippery, so I got a case for it. I downloaded the manual, which made moving the SIM over simple. I had no trouble transferring my contact list, although I had to export the file to my computer, then import it to the Z Flip5. I found many of the default setting contrary to how I use my phone, so I spent several hours going through the settings. I have to charge it every couple days vs weeks for my old Alcatel phone, but that's not a problem.
