    Great product, they arrived early and in great state. These were like new and I would totally recommend these to someone else. Noise cancelation and Ambient sound work really good. My only complaint is that the tips came in the black color instead of the silver color to match the buds and only the small and big sized tips came included (no medium size tips). Overall it's a great product and i would totally recommend these, i have changed my perspective on refurbished tech and they have better sound than my AirPods 1st gen I switched from! 5 stars!👍

    The reason I got theses is because I thought I lost my other set of buds, but when I compared to my refurbished ones I found that they have almost no difference. If anything the refurbished ones look in better condition. They work perfectly and don't have any problems as of 1 week of owning them.

    Sound quality and battery life was as good as expected! Physical condition was better than I was expecting and basically new-looking! Only downside was my refurbished pair did not come with different sizes of ear-tips. There were extra pairs of the medium size ear-nubs, but I had to buy an additional set from elsewhere to get the small size for my tiny ears.

    I am sure that brand new could not be any better than these Apple AirPods Pro with MagSafe charging case. I did not like the noise cancelling feature on these for everyday usage and it was really easy to switch it off. The charging case is awesome - love being able to use that feature. They are comfortable to wear and I so appreciate BackMarket's reliable renewed devices that allow me luxuries like this and helping me feel like I am doing something to help fight e-waste.

    I paid $300 for a GoPro that costs $400 new. After less than 10h of utilization it started leaking water. I did not realize it at first so I blamed it on the battery, which I replaced. When I confirmed the problem was actually a leak, I had owned the GoPro for a bit more than 1 year (I just use it to snorkle a couple hours during my vacations) and Back Market said the best they could do was to give me 5% on my next purchase. I will never purchase from them again. If you purchase from Back Market, assume what you buy will stop working shortly after the warranty expires and ask yourself if 1 year of usage justifies the ~25% drop in price compared to a new one. For me it clearly does not.

    Things I loved: - Buying a high-quality refurbished product from Back Market - Free & accurate delivery speed - magnetized earbuds to keep them from falling my neck - USB-C type charging port - Pairs & switches seamlessly from my Pixel 3A (also a Back Market product), my iPad, my work iPhone, my laptop & my work laptop. YAY Things I don't love: - not compatible for active lifestyles - not waterproof (no cover for charging port) Granted, the negatives are from a lack of research from my part. I was just super excited to order a pair of refurbished earbuds that I didn't really read about the product. The earbuds don't stay on when I do yoga, which can be annoying because I do yoga almost daily. When running, they fall out due to the bouncy movements. For watching TV, listening to music, washing dishes, chatting on the phone or anything else sedentary, they function well. However, I may have to return & get another pair of earbuds that fit my active lifestyle better.
