    It looks beautiful, but I will be returning it because it’s not compatible. it seems it was designed for third generation iPad, but it seems that mines is a 10th generation. I need the keyboard suggestion for a 10th generation. iPad is charging three points are on the edge of the iPad not the back.

    UPDATE: After I left a one-star review, my issue was escalated to a manager who offered to issue me the balance of the cost to replace my missing part upon submitting my receipt. I did exactly that and received a refund that made me whole. I am satisfied with the result though I do wish I didn’t have to leave a bad review to get results. I updated my review to 4 stars. Now that I have a power cord, I was finally able to use my monitor which is wonderful and works just fine! ——- My monitor was delivered without the power cord, making it a useless product. When I reached out to Backmarket for a replacement, they offered me $10 and told me to go buy my own power cord. $10 was not enough to cover the cost of a replacement but Backmarket refused to make me whole, even when I showed them screenshots of how much a replacement would cost. I asked them to send me a link where I could buy a replacement for $10, but they were unable to do so. Beware of Backmarket, they do not stand by their products!
