I received my watch quickly, I was impressed. I love my series 7 watch. It came as expected. It’s in excellent condition at a great price. I’m extremely pleased. Let’s see how long the refurbish-ness of the Watch lasts. I’m hopeful, but only time will tell.

I used to get refurbished through eBay. Then this time it was a two-time nightmare. I read a review for Back Market and I'm glad I did. The phone arrived quickly and has worked flawlessly. I will definitely use Back Market when it is time to upgrade again!

I was actually surprised on how well things went. The whole ordering and shipment process was seamless. The Lenovo Chromebook was in excellent shape and the price was very reasonable. So, in short, great experience, great value for my money.

Fabulous seller, with excellent speed of refund for return. Item was in excellent condition, and while the item itself wasn’t my cup of tea, the seller, and the condition of the product they sent were spectacular. For anyone looking for this item, I would without question recommend this seller.

Is good

It looks beautiful, but I will be returning it because it’s not compatible. it seems it was designed for third generation iPad, but it seems that mines is a 10th generation. I need the keyboard suggestion for a 10th generation. iPad is charging three points are on the edge of the iPad not the back.

Only thing was missing was the cord to the remote. but I had plenty since it was a type c port. but everything else seems ok for now. system runs good and delivery was within the time frame given. could've been packaged better though

UPDATE: After I left a one-star review, my issue was escalated to a manager who offered to issue me the balance of the cost to replace my missing part upon submitting my receipt. I did exactly that and received a refund that made me whole. I am satisfied with the result though I do wish I didn’t have to leave a bad review to get results. I updated my review to 4 stars. Now that I have a power cord, I was finally able to use my monitor which is wonderful and works just fine! ——- My monitor was delivered without the power cord, making it a useless product. When I reached out to Backmarket for a replacement, they offered me $10 and told me to go buy my own power cord. $10 was not enough to cover the cost of a replacement but Backmarket refused to make me whole, even when I showed them screenshots of how much a replacement would cost. I asked them to send me a link where I could buy a replacement for $10, but they were unable to do so. Beware of Backmarket, they do not stand by their products!

Looks new and no complaints so far. Will use for couple of weeks and then update my review. Mainly I am concerned about battery health with refurbished items. Lets see how it goes.
