    I bought this item in excellent condition and that’s exactly what I got!!! No scratches, no cracks. I was a little nervous bc ppl were saying their battery life’s were low but mine came at 100% and it still is. This phone is practically brand new. I thank God bc I was really nervous that I was gonna get an iffy phone but this was the exact opposite for a great price!!!

    The phone I bought was under the "fair" condition category, there was one scratch in the top left of the screen and one small scratch on the back. Other than the two small scratches the phone had 100% battery life, works perfectly, and looks like new. Very happy with my purchase, and will probably buy another refurbished product in the future.

    Nice condition for a “good” rated phone. Easy to transfer contents of old phone myself. Only issue was phone locked up within an hour of first use. Af try we getting assistance from AT&T to open the phone phone operates well. Camer is much better than older 7 iphone

    I haven’t been able to really test the capabilities of the camera due to the time of year and work schedule but so far, it’s better that my old iPhone. It holds a charge for a couple of days which is amazing! As far as Back Market— that was all fantastic. The phone is as advertised and the communication about shipping and arrival was top notch! I’d order from this place again and have already shared their website with some of my friends. Now that I’ve had a little time with the phone and actually not sure if this is the upgraded OS or iPhone 13 vs iPhone 8– I wished the phone still showed when my earbuds were connected. But still overall quite happy with the phone. The camera is so much better!

    The packaging it came in was small and perfect. The phone itself functions properly, doesnt have any dings or scratches on it, and has given me 0 problems since switching everything over. The charger cord, box, and stylus pen that cane with all work wonderfully as well.
