Don’t recommend this seller at all. I bought this computer in September 2023. Started having screen issues only 3 months later. Problem persisted for a few weeks, then part of the cracked part of the computer under the screen started falling out. I received the computer with the cracks and scratches (it was labeled as fair condition so I trusted it was still functionable). I sent pictures of everything to customer service and the seller agreed to do the return and fix it. I mailed my computer it, and the seller denied the return once he received it, saying there was physical damage to the computer. It came to me damaged when I first bought it and they acknowledged that and still accepted the return. The package came back destroyed and my computer is even more broken and doesn’t look the same as when I sent it. First I receive it damaged when I bought it, then sending it in when the return was accepted only to get it back more broken than it was in the first place. Horrible, horrible seller. Stay away from this one. Massive waste of money.
