Bought iP,hone Xs "Excellent" condition. Looked perfect. Not a scratch. Amazingly had 100% battery health, not 85%. Wow! Only prob was muffled microphone sound (and battery a bit warm). Communicated w/ BackMarket and they were on it immediately. Absolutely communicated within 24 hrs. Told me to do recovery for privacy and send it in. Vendor tried to fix microphone but could not and did not have another Xs in stock. So full refund! (If you get a chance to buy from vendor WeGoWeFix, do so. They respond quickly by text and are very helpful. Just wonderful experience from both BackMarket and WeGoWeFix. I am now be a loyal client of both and am looking for another iPhone Xs on BackMarket. I appeciate companies that live up to their own goals of great customer service.

Backmarket makes everything easy to navigate. I knew it was time to upgrade, but I also didn’t want to keep my old phone as I knew it would just sit in a drawer for years until I inevitably decided to toss it which is never a good idea. I searched for refurbished phones on google and came across backmarket. Amazing! It was like they already knew exactly what I was looking for with the “new” refurbished phone being the first thing I saw when I opened the app. I chose the phone I wanted, the color and even the option for quality and then the option to trade in my old phone. Within a couple of days I had my “new” phone and once they received my trade in, their monetary offer was in my account. My “new” phone works like a brand new phone, you wouldn’t even know it was refurbished and the quality is superior! I have a phone I love now and I also feel better about trading in my device with them and contributing to less e-waste! Win win!

I would say very good experience. Phone as listed and seems to work just fine, although maybe battery a bit weak. Case I ordered will be returned however because the parts used to push the buttons on the phone are flush with the case so I can't feel them when I need to push them.

The phone showed up super quickly and works perfectly. My only real feedback is that it should say somewhere on the description of the phone if the screen has been replaced. Other than that we are completely happy!

I really like the phone so much and I really like the fact that there were no cracks in the back or on the screen this phone came in good condition and shape I'm so in love with this phone, I went through 5 androids and I officially have an iPhone for the first time meanwhile I saw how expensive iPhones could be and when I saw advertisements of Back Market I saw how I could order iPhone in a cheaper version with high quality and I'm glad I ordered this iPhone from Back Market.

I absolutely love my new iPhone 11 it looks and works like a brand new one! You would never be able to tell this is a refurbished phone unless you knew it! Love it!

i sent it back. doesn't work on speakerphone. people can't hear me. returned with same issue. waste of my time with no phone

So far so good bought the phone in good condition came like new had a little dint in the back of it but not noticeable because of my phone case but I will say I’m satisfied with my purchase

In terms of the site, and the product: All good. Nothing to worry about. A side note, that the iPhone XR does get noticeably hot compared to my old iphone 6 plus, but i looked online and this is an issue for that model. Something I wished i knew. However I use a cover and that prevents most of that heat from getting to my hand. I only notice it now if I am outside in the sun. Anyway the site is legit.
